The car ride was extremely awkward, Cody was staring into my fucking soul about having a guy over. He doesn't believe in this necklace shit either so he doesn't want me to get upset and shit. Dean had a death grip on the steering wheel, I texted Nate
A- hey
N- what's up
A- sitting it the car
N- what time do you want me to come over?
A- idk I'll txt you when I get home.
N-okay text later

When we got home I immediately went up to my room, did my hair and makeup, and put on a pair of short pj shorts and an oversized hoodie. So I texted Nate
A- hey you can come over now
N- k I'll be there soon😅

I put on one last coat of lip gloss and being honest I looked like a whore, oh well. I went down stairs
"NO NO NO NO" Cody yelled at me
"What?"
"No you are sinful, I will make you be a nun" he gestured towards my skimpy outfit
"We aren't even religious" I laughed
"You actually look like a skank right now" he paused and smirked evilly at me "DEAN YOUR LITTLE SISTER IS DRESSED LIKE A SKANK" Cody yelled
"You bitch" I said in a low tone and right as Dean walked in, he yelled as well and the second I decided to say something back, there was a knock on the door. I quickly opened it and dragged Nate up to me room
"You must really like reports to drag me up here as fast as you did" he joked
"Yeah well I guessed you didn't want to speak to my brothers."
"Wait Cody is your brother?!" He asked
"No, not by blood. But blood doesn't make family" I paused "I don't even want to do this report, being honest" I grabbed my MacBook and went on Netflix
"Amber i swear to god if you try to Netflix and chill with me, I am going to make more jokes about you being on your knees in school" he joked
"Ew no. But If my brothers heard you say that they would murder us" I laughed
"Why?"
"They already think I'm dressing a little slutty"
"Don't listen to them, you look pretty" he said
"Stop it" I warned. But cmon what was I supposed to do, he is a fuck boy
"What?"
"Don't call me pretty." I stated
"And why not pretty lady?"
"Because I'm watching Netflix" I said. I turned on supernatural and we both sat on the bed and watched as The Winchesters fought off demons because why not. I went to lay down on my stomach when Nate stopped me "Hey, your necklace" he pointed at it
"Yeah it's that soulmate thingy" I said with a flat tone.
"Oh yeah," he said.
Nate was hiding something. I wanted to know what it was
"Where's your charm?" I asked
"Uh it broke a few days ago"
"You're lying"
"No I'm not" he looked down at the MacBook and tried to change the subject
"So this report?" He asked nervously
"It's due in 3 weeks" I said "so your necklace?"
"Amber my thing broke" his voice laced with nervousness
"Fine"
I directed my attention back to my show and he put his hand on my arm
"My mom needs me home, I'll see you at school tomorrow" he rushed out of my room and I saw him in my driveway seconds later.
I know it sounds crazy but, I didn't want him to leave. I don't know why, but I think I'm starting to get feelings for hi- stop he is a fuck boy jock and I can't like him. He's a football player, and not to mention a man whore, seriously more things have been on that dick than more people have been on earth. I got up and walked down the kitchen.
"Hey amber how was your study date?" Cody teased
"Cody shut up!" I snarled, he held his hands up in surrender, he k ew I would've tackled his ass to the ground in seconds.
I grabbed an orange and sat at the island by Cody.
"What happened?" He dragged out, I swear to god he is 'that one sassy gay friend who always wants to know what's happening, or the gossip.
"Nothing"
"Lies, you have three seconds to tell me or I'll go have a talk with Nate!" He threatened
Being completely honest I didn't want Dean or Cody to talk to Nate, they would probably being up embarrassing things from the past.
"You wouldn't dare." I growled
"Wouldn't I?" He held up my phone, and put in MY password
"How the hell did you get that and how did you know my passcode?" I reached for my phone but he pulled it away
"Amber, your passcode was easy and I got your phone because you left it in the living room and forgot about it." He shrugged "so tell me what's wrong"
"Uh how about my sassy gay friend has my phone!" I yelled
"Did you just call me your sassy gay friend? If anything I'm deans sassy gay friend, except I'm heterosexual." He laughed
"Tell me"
"There isn't anything wrong Cody, now I'm going to be as calm as possible. Give me my god damn phone or I will rip out your intestines and make you eat them. That's a promise." He handed my phone back almost instantly.
"Sorry" I walked back up to my room and took a nap.

I woke up to an alarm, I looked at my phone and it was 6:00am. Time to get ready for school, but j don't think school will be all that bad today. I am going to talk to Nate about what happened and yeah. I did my usual morning routine. Put on skinny jeans, shirt. Makeup, shoes, out the door.

I finally got up to my locker, I opened it and grabbed all of the things I need for my first class. As I stood up and closed the locker I turned and ran into Nate.
"Hey amber." He said without any expression.
"Nate, what happened last night?" I asked before he even put the second number into his locker.
"Nothing my mom wanted me home" he said
"That a lie"
"Amber it isn't a lie. She needed me to, go to the uh, the uh, the bank with my uncle"
"Nate you lie straight out of your teeth" I said as I walked into homeroom
