"namjoon," his father began, "somi and i have something important that we need to tell you."
the man was holding the woman close to him, his arm around her waist.
"what?" namjoon mumbled, cramming another chip into his mouth.
"somi and i are getting married."
the boy's eyes widened and he choked, launching himself into a short coughing fit.
"are you alright?" somi asked worriedly, rushing to the boy and placing a comforting hand on his back.
"yeah, i'm fine. it just took me by surprise... i'm happy for you guys though."
