A few years after the epidemic of H12D7P, or Insanity, as the media calls it, which is a disease that slowly kills your ability to process events rationally, mental hospitals and asylums announced that there were so many mentally ill people they had to start letting less dangerous patients out into the world, Terra Smith's parents made their house super secure. A year after started discharging patients, they announced again that they had to let people with more serious delusions out. Two years after the initial statement, Terra has to work to keep the people close to her safe from the crowd. The Crazies, as people have taken to calling the discharged patients. Can Terra save her friends from being swept away by the Crowd before she goes crazy too, or will she succumb to the disease slowly eating at her mind?
