"......... Of course I can let you off with a warning if you glove those trunks and, I don't know, finish selling this nice dad and his son a ... What was it?" Judy ask, but Nick only focused on the question, and stared at Luna for the rest.
"A jumbo pop. Please." Nick said acting kind, which of course made Luna snicker a bit, then give Nick a thumbs up, which made him red as the jumbo pop.
"A jumbo pop." Judy repeated, looking at Jerry Jumbeaux Jr
"*sighs* fifteen dollars." He said
"Thank you so much, thank you." Nick said, but then feels his pockets
"Oh no, are you kidding me, I don't have my wallet! I'd loose my head if it weren't attached to my neck. That's the truth. Oh boy, I'm sorry pal. Gotta be about the worst birthday ever. Please don't be mad at me. Thanks anyways." Nick says while walking out the store.
Judy Hopps slams a twenty dollar in the cashier then said "keep the change."
"Officer, I can't thank you enough. So kind, really. Can I pay you back?" Nick said
"Oh no, it's my treat. It just- you know, it burns me up to see folks with such backward attitudes toward foxes. Well, I just wanna say that you're a great dad and just a... A real articulate fella." Judy said
"Well that is a high praise. It's rare that I find someone so non-patronizing. Officer..." Nick said, but sorta don't know what her name is.
"Hopps. Mr..." Judy said, and also needed his name.
"Wilde. Nick Wilde." Nick said.
"And this is- hey where is she?" Judy said, about to introduce her fox friend, by to find out she isn't there.
"I'm right here, Judy!" Luna said, while holding two ice creams.
"I am not sure on what you like, so I picked it out for ya! Carrot flavor (not a true ice cream flavor) hope you like it... Oh! Hey Nick,you haven't gone yet?" Luna said, handing Judy the ice cream. It makes Nick's heart flutter to hear her say his name.
"Oh, you two know each other... Well it's no surprise, since you both are foxes... Hehe." Judy states awkwardly.
"Yeah, we just met at the ice cream shop. Hey, wanna exchange phone numbers? It's good to keep in touch ^w^." Luna said to Judy, then turn to Nick.
"Yeah, sure." He replied, then they took their phones out, then put their phone numbers in them. But then her phone rang, she looked at it and it says 'dad'
"Well, it's nice meeting you, I guess I gotta go now... The rest is up to you Judy. My dad's gonna be so mad, I need to help him with another case. Ummm, bye..." She said to both... But mostly Nick.
"Bye..." Nick said, but is a little disappointed she is about to leave. Just then, he saw a racer motorcycle, zooming past them.
"Hey, aren't you gonna arrest that guy? He zoomed too fast." Nick said, pointing at the now, pretty far motorcycle.
"First, no because 'he' have a reason to do it. Second, 'he' is a she, and third... That is Luna." Judy said. Leaving Nick dumbfounded.
"And you, little guy, you want to be an elephant when you grow up? You be an elephant. Because this is Zootopia, where anyone can be anything. Judy said, looking at the toddler fox
"Ah, you know I tell him that all the time. Alright here you go. Two paws, yeah. Aw, look at the smile! Give her a little good bye toot-toot!" Nick said, which made the little guy toot twice.
"Toot toot!" Judy replied back. Then goes back into her car.
Luna pov

"What do you need dad?" Luna ask, in the office
"We have located when and where a weasel will steal something, it will be tomorrow morning, be prepared."
