Day 6 (Renzo Shima - Blue Exorcist)

Day 6: Number 7 suddenly confessed to being part of your family.

"Hey Ashlei." Shima smiled as he walked over to the fountain, the usual meeting place.

"Hey Shima," Ashlei responded, facing his direction. "Why're you all smiley?"

"I know something you don't." He held back a giggle.

Ashlei raised an eyebrow. "Do I want to know?"

Shima shrugged. "Probably."

"Are you gonna tell me?"

Shima sat down on the side of the fountain next to Ashlei. "What if I told you...."

Ashlei moved her hands. "Go ooon."

"....that we were related?"

Ashlei shook her head & laughed a little. "Yeah right. How would we be related?"

"I found out that we're distantly related. Like, really distantly. So far down that we're barely related. Apparently it's through marriage. I just thought it was cool."

"That doesn't explain much. How did you find out, if it is true?"

"Oh, it's true. I was talking to me dad & he mentioned something about your family. Of course I recognized your last name & I asked him about it. & here we are."

Ashlei scrunched her brow. "I don't know. That sounds pretty far fetched."

"Come on, when have I lied to you? & why would I lie about this?"

Ashlei shrugged. "I suppose you're right. But this changes nothing."

"Oh, I didn't expect it to." Shima smiled.
