Kehlani
In this moment, I was a mixture of emotions. I was angry, disgusted, and betrayed. However, there was an overwhelming presence of relief. I was angry at the fact that she had actually cheated on me. I was disgusted at the fact she had her mouth around this man's dick. I was betrayed because for years we'd been together and she would throw it all away for some dick. Those feelings were minuscule in comparison to the relief that washed over me. I no longer would be obligated to be in a relationship with her. I would be able to end this relationship without feeling guilty. I would be able to finally start a relationship with Robyn.
"Oh, Keh baby! I-I'm so sorry!" Karrueche had the nerve to say as she pushed the guy away from her. They both grabbed their discarded clothing and pulled them on.
"Yeah right. I wonder how many times you've cheated." I shook my head. "It's obvious this relationship ain't gone work, so we're done." I walked out of the room and into the living room where Robyn stood awkwardly.
"Kehlani wait!" Karrueche had followed me out of the room and grabbed my arm. "B-baby, what I did was a mistake. I-I'm sorry." She had tears streaming down her cheeks.
"Don't waste either of our time with that bullshit." I shook my head. "We're done and that's it." I went into the kitchen, grabbed my bottle opener and headed for the front door. "Let's go Rih." I gestured for her to follow.
The guy Kae was fucking walked out and looked at us awkwardly.
Robyn's jaw dropped. "Chris!"
Chris scratched the back of his head. "Uh, hey Rihanna..."
I could tell she wanted to say something by the way she chewed on her bottom lip. "Come on Robyn," I said once again as I opened the front door and motioned for her to walk out. She nodded, shook her head at Chris and walked across the hall to my home."
Not a smart idea to date your neighbor. If the two of you break up, it could get a bit awkward.
I went into the kitchen, popped open the wine and poured Robyn a glass. I, on the other hand, needed something much stronger. I walked over to the liquor cabinet and decided on the whiskey. I poured me a glass and walked back into the living room. Robyn had moved my couch back and made a pallet on the floor in front of the TV. Shark Tales was waiting to be played as she sat cross-legged on the floor. She looked up at me and smiled.
"I thought this might cheer you up. I got these blankets out of the closet and the pillows from your room. I hope you don't mind. I just thought it would help.. Unless you didn't want me to stay. I could call Thomas if you'd rather be alone. I should probably go huh. This was such a dumb idea. And I picked such a childish movie-"
