It was a normal day at the big hit dance studio for the seven-member k-pop band BTS. They were practicing the choreography for their new song "Save Me". After practicing, messing around, and freshening up, they all sat down together to have a well-earned meal, Rap Monster's treat.
"We all did great today! If we keep up the good work, we'll have the whole thing down perfectly and on time," said Rap Monster between mouthfuls.
"You're right," Jungkook replied. Everyone laughed and continued to enjoy their meals. Jungkook looked up at Taehyung and smiled. Taehyung smiled back and couldn't help but blush. He looked down at his plate in an attempt to hide the red tone on his face. He and Jungkook had been close for a long time. They often messed around together, sometimes even on stage. Taehyung had recently started feeling different towards Jungkook. He would get butterflies in his stomach at even the slightest contact he would make with Jungkook. Unsure about what to make of his newfound feelings, he decided to ignore them; though, it became increasingly more and more difficult to do that. Once everyone finished eating, they all sat there with their stomachs satisfied.
"Let's go do something fun. How about a karaoke bar?" Jin said.
"Sounds fun," Suga agreed. All the other members nodded their heads in agreement as well. When they reached the karaoke bar, they decided the Maknae, Jungkook, would go first. Taehyung watched Jungkook with sparkling eyes. He had always admired his beautiful voice. He could feel his cheeks getting warm as Jungkook sang happily. When he finished his performance, he proceeded to bow and take a seat next to Taehyung.
"What did you think? Did I do a good job?" Jungkook asked while grinning.
"You did great, as always," Taehyung answered. He smiled and looked down at his shoes. Jungkook put his arm around Taehyung and watched as J-Hope walked up to the stage to sing as well. The butterflies were intense. Taehyung could smell Jungkook's new cologne and he could feel his hand gripping onto his shoulder. At that moment, his feelings came over him. He decided to accept the fact that he had feelings for Jungkook, despite both of them being of the male gender. Although he had accepted his feelings, he wasn't ready to share them with the other members, and much less the media. For now, he would keep his feelings hidden from the world; but he would no longer deny those feelings. He and the rest of the members enjoyed their night out and Taehyung was relieved that he would no longer mentally struggle with his own doubt.
