I smiled and laid my head on Mats chest. He started to play with my hair (why do boys like to do that anyway?)
"Hmmmm My crush is now my boyfriend, seems legit."
Mat smiled softly.
"How long have you liked me anyway."
I thought back. Trying to remember.
"About a year and I half, I think."
"Darn." He mutters.
"What is it Mat?"
"I've liked you for two."
I felt my insides flutter. So I wasn't delusional. Mat actually cared. Then I remembered. It was two years ago when I had needed stitches in my forehead from when my psychotic ex-boyfriend, Ben, had cut my forehead. (A/N BENS NOT A YOUTUBER JUST SOME RANDOM DUDE I MADE UP K?) Yeah, turns out he was an insomniac with a mental thing where he loved to watch people bleed. I know, I know, he's clinically INSANE. Anyway, Mat had stayed with me in the hospital along with Mitch. He had never left my side.
I snuggled farther into his chest.
"I love you."
"I love you too."
