"Come on! It'll be fun," my friend insisted. I smirked at how passionate she was and sighed. I hated going out. The peaceful, pleasant confines of our shared dorm were enough to make me happy for months on end.

"If you'll stop nagging me about it I'll go, gosh." I tucked my phone into my pocket and peeled myself off of the couch. My arms reached above me as I stretched them, hearing multiple things pop. I cringed and slid my gaze towards my friend. She looked at me disgustedly.

"Really? Did you really have to do that?" She shook her head, making a disgusted noise before starting to move out of the room.

"Hey! It isn't my fault I've been wasting my afternoon watching you admire yourself in a mirror and ask me if your butt looks big!" I yelled at her back.

"That's not "wasting your afternoon". It's called being productive," She turned around and did air quotes, mocking my tone.

I snorted. Watching your friend model isn't a waste of your afternoon when you could be studying for your big English final? HA! I thought to myself.

She shut her door and I turned to look out the window. Had I just agreed to go to a club? I wasn't much of a person to do that. Whatever. If it made JianKu happy, I'd do it. For her sake.

"We're leaving in five minutes and you haven't moved an inch!?" my friend yelled at me. "Do you even have an outfit picked out? Please tell me you have an outfit picked out," she whispered under her breath. I assessed her clothes. She wore a pair of tan gladiator sandals, matched with a red dress that hugged her curves nicely. Diamond studs adorned her earlobes.

After my scan, I raised my finger up in a matter-of-fact way. "Actually, I do have an outfit picked out, thanks." JianKu's eyes suddenly laid upon my choice of clothing for the night.

She threw her arms up in the air, letting out an exaggerated sigh. "Do I have to do everything?" she muttered as she strode out of my room. I looked sadly down at my clothes.

"No one ever seems to like you, green turtle-neck."

She quickly returned with a heap of dark cloth in her arms and a pair of black converse hanging from two of her fingers. JianKu threw them down on my bed, muttering curses as she left the room.

I only assumed she wanted me to change into them, and hurriedly seperated the articles. She seemed to have retrieved a number of things. I looked skeptically at the clothes, but decided to just roll with it.

Once on, I finally looked at my image in the mirror. Honestly, I thought I looked pretty good in these clothes. My new outfit consisted of a simple, black v-neck T-shirt covered by a dark leather jacket. I wore a pair of black skinny jeans, and the converse fit me surprisingly well for not being mine.

The only thing I was worried about was the color. "Why does there have to be so much black?" I yelled through the door. JianKu's muffled instructions to look in the back pocket of the jeans came back through.

I reached my arm behind me and shoved my hand into the pocket, immediately coming into contact with something papery. "What the hell-" I pulled it out.

Laying in my hands was a beautiful hair tie. It was fairly normal, besides having a two-inch wide rose attached. I basked in the hair tie's beauty before I heard banging on the door. I quickly pulled my hair into a slightly messy ponytail, making sure the red rose was visible.

I swung open the door, only to be inches away from a very red faced JianKu. Her gaze softened as she saw my attire and I thought she was going to compliment me, but she merely nodded and grabbed my wrist, pulling me towards the front door.

"We are so late."
