"Camping?" Chloe asked with a shocked look on her face. "That was the big surprise this weekend?"

"Yes!" Beca said excitedly. "We have tents and everything!"

"Beca I can't camp in a tent, I can't fucking walk," Chloe scoffed.

"You're gonna be fine, all three of us are gonna help you," Ivy said.

"Yeah momma it'll be fun!" Emma said, jumping into her mom's lap.

"I guess it will be!" Chloe said with a smile.

Beca laughed. "It only takes these girls convincing for you to change your mind."

"Yeah of course, these are my babies," Chloe said, wrapping her arm around Ivy.

Ivy smiled. "I love you Chloe. Now go get in the car, me and Beca can handle the rest."

A few hours later and the girls were at the campsite which happened to not be wheelchair accessible. That was just awful news for an already exhausted Chloe. "Beca I can't do this I want to go home," she said.

"I'll push you," Beca replied. "Just take a deep breath Chlo, it's gonna be fine."

"Ugh, fine," Chloe replied, slowly pushing herself forward despite the uneven path. "Hey Ivy, Beca's got all the bags, so would you mind pushing me for a bit? My arms really can't take all this."

"Of course," Ivy said, putting a hand on Chloe's shoulder. "You're doing great so far."

Chloe sighed but still smiled back at the girl. "Thanks honey, I try."

When they finally got to the place they were camping, Beca set up the tent and laid a blanket down on the grass. "We are gonna have a picnic dinner!"

Chloe smiled. "Aww this is cute Becs!"

Ivy lifted Chloe out of her chair and sat her on the blanket. "Is this an ok spot?"

"Yes thanks so much Ivy" Chloe replied.

Ivy sat down next to Chloe and smiled. "See this won't be so bad."

Chloe laughed. "You know what makes me so happy?"

"What?"

"That this is all so normal for both of us. It's so normal for me and Beca to have kids even though we barely know each other, and what makes me even happier is that this seems so normal for you too. Like in a normal family the daughter doesn't have to lift her mom out of her wheelchair just so she can feel normal for a few minutes, but you do it like its no big deal and that makes me so happy because I feel like I'm not so different."

"Hey, you're not different, this is our normal," Ivy replied with a shrug. "You and Beca are the best thing to ever happen to me and Emma and I would do anything for guys."

"Aww Ivy you're so sweet," Chloe replied. "We'd do anything for you guys too."

Beca smiled. "Enough with the mushy stuff guys, let's eat!" She pulled out a bag of sandwiches, chips, pasta salad, and juice. "Just grab whatever, I didn't make anything specific."

"Ok," Chloe replied, getting out a turkey sandwich and a bag of potato chips. "This is so nice babe, thank you for all this."

"Of course, Chlo, I wanted you to relax a little bit since you've been so stressed about therapy lately."

Chloe sighed. "Well at least my walking is getting a little bit better some days. My legs just don't want to work today. I can't move them at all."
