Chapter 14

August p.o.v

I was texting lauren over and over but she ain't wanna reply. I drove to her house cause I'm going to make her talk to me.

I knock on the door and a tall man appear.

"You must be lauren's boyfriend." he said staring down at me.

"Yea..Is she okay?" I asked worried.

"Go look for yourself." he said turning around. I saw her right there. She was making a big deal outta this.

"Hey baby you alright?" I asked, she looked at me and nodded.

"She was my only real friend, she could've told me she wanted money." she blurted out. I cuddled with her until I got up to go to the warehouse. I hit up my boy Ty.

I'm at the warehouse, and I noticed my money is short.

"Who the fuck was in my office!" I yelled at the workers. "None of yall was supposed to be in my office and no one was here yesterday!" I kept yelling. They had a scary ass look on they face. Because they know I'll kill anyone that mess with my money.

They just kept staring at me, until one girl came out with tears in her eyes.

"I'm sorry I really needed it for my family" she was on her knees begging to me. I laughed in her face and said,

"Don't mess with my money." and I shot her in between her eyes. Everyone looked at me like I was cruel.

"Get back to work!" I said mean mugging all of em. I told my clean up crew to clean up that mess.

My nigga Ty finally popped up.

"Wassup nigga." I said . This nigga is dumb but funny as hell.

"Aye wassup, damn who you kill? You got blood on your shirt." he said. I looked down and saw it on my shirt. Damn I thought.

"So what you been up to?" I asked.

"Shooting niggas." he said laughing.

"Shiiit I jus shot this dumb bitch that stole some of my money."

"Damn nigga you bold." he said while throwing up hella gang signs. I looked around trying not to get shot. This nigga dumb as hell.

Next thing I know I hear gun shots shooting at my warehouse. Me and Ty duck behind the cars shooting back. They left and drove away.

"You dumb ass nigga, should never been throwing up gang signs." I told him. We started busting out laughing.

Lauren's p.o.v

I kept texting august getting worried, because he wasn't answering.

I got up to go shower, because I was going out to let my mind off of kayla. I took a 20 minute shower and picked out a outfit.
I picked out a crop top with leggings and white 5 inch heels.

I brush my teeth, and put make up on my face. Then I put on my outfit and called a uber.

9 mintues later

The uber finally arrives and we get to the club fast.

Music was blasting loud and I order a drink while dancing to the music.

I went to the dance floor and danced with this random girl. I had to admit she was a good dancer and she was funny too.

She gave me her number and saved her name as Diamond. I took more shots and I was feeling tipsy.

Boys were feeling on me but I moved away from them. I kept taking more shots and I was drunk. Diamond was tipsy but not drunk.

She almost got into a fight with a girl, but then they started laughing for no reason. I was dancing and drinking all night until I blacked out.

August p.o.v

I saw all the text messages lauren sent me. This time she wasn't answering mine either. I dapped up Ty and drove off. I was worried why my baby wasn't answering her phone.

I unlocked the door and couldn't believe my eyes.

"What the hell?!"
