Nochelle Love Story (ON HOLD)

The Duet Competition #2

The Next Step has just done their duet in the competition and has been picked as one of the top 3 duets in it.  Richelle just got kicked out of her house as well.

Richelle's P.O.V:

I watch as my parents walk away from me, I don't care about what they had just said to me or that they had just kicked me out, I was used to this stuff, so used to it that it didn't even make me change emotions anymore.  

"Will The Next Step, Life Of Dance and Elite duets please take to the stage," I hear come from the speaker.  I feel someone grab my hand, and I realise that it was Noah so I relax and walk out onto the stage with him.  Everyone was cheering, then LOD which stands for Life Of Dance or their other name Ladies Of Destruction walk out onto the stage, and people cheer for them as well, and the same thing happens when Elite walks out and I just cringe ever so slightly.

I look at the back of the theatre and see that my parents are just standing at the back there, they just want to see if LOD wins.  

"Now these three studios are the highest scoring duets in the entire competition, so let's give them another round of applause," One of the judges says into his microphone.  I feel excited and nervous,

"In third place we have Elite," The judge says.  After the trophy get handed to them.

"In second place we LOD," The judge says again, they get their trophy.

"And..In..First Place..We..Have....THE NEXT STEP," The judge says as everyone cheers and claps.  I look back and see my parents just walking out of the doors.

Noah's P.O.V:

I can't believe we just won first place, I was so happy and I see that Richi is as well so I pick her up, she puts her legs around my waist and I start spinning her around for a minute and then I stop to take in the moment and then I put Richi back down.  

Next thing I know we are kissing, in front of everyone and there's more cheering and clapping then before.  I could James wolf-whistling in the background and then saying "OWWWWW" because Riley just hit the back of his head pretty hard but then they kiss quickly.

Richelle and I pull away from the kiss after a few minutes and we just start giggling and feeling even more happy then we did before.  I grab her hand again and we walk backstage with the trophy, we give it to Kate and Phoebe so that they can display it at the studio.  

My mum then comes up to us and hugs us both telling us how proud she was of us.  And my brothers just go 

"Nice one mate, nice score," and that was it.

Richelle goes off somewhere with my brothers so that they can food.  And I turn to my mum

"Hey, mum since Richi..." I start to say but then I get cut off by her saying

"I was just going to talk to you about that, I think Richelle should move in with us until she is old enough and has enough money to move out and get her own place," She says, I just smile 

"'Thanks, mum, you're the best I was going to ask you about that," I say with a smile on my face and a few minutes later Richi and my brothers return with food.

"Hey Richelle, my mum says that you can live with us until you're old enough and have enough money to move out," I say to her, and she smiles at me and gives me a kiss on my check

"You know what Noah?" She says/asks

"I dunno what I would do without you," She says to me and I chuckle slightly while she giggles,

"Goddamn it, she is so damn cute, I love her," I think to myself as we hug each other but just to ruin the moment my brothers run over to us and hug us as well.
