The classroom was dull, mundane and tedious. The lessons that occurred here usually continued on and on. Since Ciel was position by the window, he would spend these stale lessons gazing at the captivating sky.

However, today was different.

When Ciel arrived, Mr Connor (his ordinary teacher) was hastily stuffing his belonging into a suitcase, with a look of despair painted on his face. Opening the drawers and cupboards in a hectic manner, he eyed Ciel for a moment.

"Ah! Ciel, I apologise, but I have to leave.. Because of... Urm some.. Business...Yes." The professor trailed off suspiciously.

Ciel nodded his head at the rushing man. He understood that this was clearly Sebastian's work. He walked over to his desk at the front and took a seat. The classroom quickly became stocked with students the moment the bell rang. Multiple students came to greet Ciel, he was lucky to be placed in a separate class than Elizabeth, and by "lucky" he means that the headmaster was conveniently blackmailed into changing the class arrangements.

Ciel smiled to himself as the thought of Sebastian blackmailing Mr Connor in order to become a new teacher flew across his mind, like a bird set free for the first time.

Mr Connor explained the situation to the rest of the class and spoke some goodbyes.

The door opened promptly.

And in came the wolf, Sebastian dressed in smiles and beaming with happiness walked in. Gasps and small talk flooded out of most students. The girls looked fascinated and delighted at the sight of the Sebastian.

His charcoal hair slicked back, his walk was delicate and yet purposeful and his glowing eyes were the colour of lust; the colour that engulfs buildings and people alike; the colour of fire.

Ciel saw fire in those eyes, the same fire he saw devour his house that night. He shook the memory away, trying to concentrate.

Mr Connor dashed out seconds later, avoiding all eye contact with the man. Sebastian simply walked over to his new desk and set down his briefcase.

"I am Mr Michaelis and I will be serving as your new teacher, its a pleasure to meet you all." With that he smiled elegantly. The girls were hypnotized and the boys only scuffed at the definition of perfection.

"Firstly, I need to know everyone's names and rearrange the seating plan to suit me best." He spoke lightly, looking at a piece of paper. He than began pointing at individuals, asked for names and then moved them around. He asked everyone, everyone but Ciel.

Ciel hesitated when their gazes met, Mr Michaelis gestured for him to introduce himself.

"Ciel Phantomhive." He managed to mumble as he stood up from his seat.

"Alright, hm.. Move over there." Mr Michaelis indicated towards the seat furthest away. Ciel frowned his brows in confession, the seats furthest away never received any attention from the teacher and besides there was still some spare seats at the front.

He sighed, took his belongings and walked over to the seat by the window. There was a pretty girl sat next to his desk, so at least he wouldn't be completely alone. He walked over and smiled at her innocently, a hint of pink appeared on her cheek, Ciel smirked. However, he quickly realized the rosiness wasn't provoked by Ciel, she was blushing at Mr Michaelis who called her out.

"Miss Sullivan, I'm terribly sorry to change your seating again, but may you please take a seat closer to the front?" Sebastian signaled to seat right in front of his desk. The girl smiled and hurriedly picked up her things while rushing towards the seat.

Ciel clicked his tongue, irritated, he began to observe the scenery outside the window.

He stole a quick glance towards the front of the class every few minutes, Mr Michaelis was introducing his policies and expectations.

The sky was like ash, the birds looked like dusty cinders scattered around. He could see his reflection in the window. His two azure eyes twinkled amidst the murky clouds.

The sound of the wooden door polluted the room, the headmaster entered vulgarly, disturbing the lesson. He glared at Mr Michaelis, gold eyes blackened with fury. He saw those eyes before, Sebastian's eyes looked alike.

"Michaelis." He hissed at Sebastian.

"Faustus." Sebastian hissed back without breaking eye contact.

Ciel could feel the atmosphere getting hefty, most students stopped doing their work and were observing the scene. No one dared to speak.

Ciel could feel his heart pounding faster in his chest, he needed to do something.

He began coughing emphatically, asking for the attention to be turned to him. Nothing. No one even moved.

Ciel scuffed at this situation.

"Urm.. Mister Michaelis, may you help me with the work?" Ciel spoke cheaply, raising his voice towards the end. He was practically begging for attention at this point and yet nothing was accomplished. Students began whispering and pointing at the two teacher stood before them.

"Mr MicheELIS." Ciel called out, wanting to put an end to this.

He wasn't sure of the relationship between the two males. The headmaster was probably unaware of a new teacher. Could this be the reason?

Ciel was overcome by panic,(at the disco, soz soz im trash) he didn't understand this situation. He felt himself shake as he thought of one last thing that could possibly get his attention.

"SEBASTIAN." Ciel shouted, suddenly Sebastian snapped out of his trance. The whole attention, including the headmasters was turned to him.

Why did he know their new professor's name?
