Ep 6: Talking Veggies

"I don't understand... where did i go wrong." The digimon emperor grumbled as he stared at the computer screen in front of him.

He hummed softly to himself. He lost control of the digi armor of protection. All because that boy got his hands on it. He could've gotten it all if it wasn't because of him.

"Wormmon, where do i go wrong with this all?"

The rookie level digimon was currently rubbing a towel along one of the screens of the computer. "Well, maybe it's because you don't have any friends of your own." He pointed out.

"What!?" He snapped.

"I-i didn't mean to offend." He spoke up startled. "It-it's just that the digidestined always seem to defeat you together as a group. You don't have anyone to be on your side."

The digimon emperor growled lowly as he turned away from the bug digimon. What did he know? He was a pest.

(Elsewhere in the digital world)

"Pepper Breath!"

"Vee Head Butt! Come on, let's rock!" Veemon sprinted forward and knocked his head into Gostumon's stomach. Making him land on his rear.

"Fist of the beast king!"

"Cleaving cut!" Hyokomon shouted as the small samurai digimon sprinted forward to start slashing away at the black rings.

The attacks destroyed black rings on Gotsumon.

"That... was...easy!" Davis grinned as the Gotsumon finally snapped out of their controlled state and rubbed their foreheads.

"Ugh...i feel like i rolled out of my cave again and fell down a cliff again." One of them grumbled.

"You guys are officially fugitives!" Agumon pointed a claw at them.

Jeremy nodded to agree with him. "Yeah, so you should come along and tag with us for a while." He suggested to them.

The Gotsumon nodded as they stood amongst the group. "Thank you!" They all cheered.

Davis smirked as he placed his hands on his hips. He turned around to face as he friends as he spoke. "If that's the puny defense the Digimon Emperor is going to put up, then this fight will be over in the first round!"

Leomon shook his head. "You can't underestimate the enemy. You should be careful about how you judge them because they may come back to surprise you."

Davis gestured towards the lion digimon. "But he is barely putting up a good fight. Even you were able to handle him alone the other day.

Simon held up an index finger. "Well, if you remember, bro. Orgemon was handling those hyena digimon in the other part of the cave. So technically, he wasn't fighting alone."

Although this just occurred, Jeremy still recalled how happy Skylar was when they all returned. Once she got word of Elecmon. She couldn't believe that it was her friend Leomon. She wanted to hear the whole story.

...

"This is so amazing!" The red head shouted happily. "I'm so happy to see you again, Elecmon. When you died... from Etemon. I kind of blamed myself." She trailed off.

Elecmon shook his head quickly. "No, Skylar. You shouldn't have blamed yourself. I wanted to protect you and your friends. If i knew what, i would've happened. I would've taken that blast for any of you."
