Chapter 4

~Riker's POV~

What had gotten into me!? I set Ashtyn down and got some water from the pond that was still near us. I walked back over to her and started to put the water on her angelic face. That's when I heard and scream. I turned around to see Mandy kicking Rocky in the balls and he fell. Mandy turned around and looked at me. Her eyes turning from their dark green color to a brilliant gold. She ran over to me tackling me to the ground and she started to beat me.

"I hate you! Look at what you've done!" She screamed as her hard fists made contact with my tear covered cheeks. She clawed and scratched me making me bleed. Rocky soon came over and tried to calm Mandy down but she just pushed him to the ground and went back to beating me. I didn't fight it. I deserved every bit of it.

"Don't treat my daugh- I mean don't you dare treat her like that!!!" Amanda screamed

"Your daughter?! What?! How?!" Rocky exclaimed

"Did I say daughter...? I meant sister... Or best friend... Which ever you perfer..." Mandy said oddly and ripped Ashtyn from my arms. Mandy held Ashtyn close to her. Ashtyn was still knocked out but Amanda just sighed.

"Wake up baby girl." Mandy whispered.

Rocky kneeled down next to Amanda.

"What do you mean by daughter Amanda?" Rocky asked putting a strand of hair behind Mandy's ear.

"It doesn't matter." She whispered and kissed Ashtyn's forehead.

Amanda sang softly to her.

I recognized the song as

I sobbed harder knowing she meant me as the bad guy...

Ashtyn's eyes opened and she looked mesmerized by Mandy's voice.

"Mom?" She muttered and Mandy smiled.

"Yes baby girl I'm right here," Mandy smiled and hugged her.

"She is your daughter!" Rocky exclaimed.

"Yes," Mandy sighed and she helped Ashtyn stand up. As Ashtyn stood up so did I.

"Ashtyn," I muttered and Mandy whipped around. Her eyes turned into black wholes leading you to the deepest darkest depths of hell.

"Go away," she muttered and handed Ashtyn to Rocky.

"Mandy please," I muttered and once again she leaped onto me. This time I fought back. I flipped us over just to have her flip us back over. God she was tough.

She started to choke me and I tried to peal her finger off of my neck. It was no use. That's when I saw a figure slam Mandy to the ground next to me. It was Rocky.

"Mandy calm down!" He yelled now straddling her just to try and keep her calm.

Mandy tried to attack me once again and Ashtyn jumped in front of me causing Ashtyn to fall to the ground weakly.

"Just everyone stop fighting!" Ashtyn groaned and coughed as Mandy panicked and helped her up again. I noticed Ashtyn now had a bump.... That's not possible...

"Riker your a werewolf.... I'm not really your brother...." Rocky muttered softly and my eyes almost popped out of my head.

"What do you mean?!" I yelled.

"Your a very very far off descendent of mine... I was one of the first werewolves.... But I'm now a hybrid... Look your basically in a way not really related to me at all...." Rocky said guiltily.
