"Sorry?"

TIME: 12.15 a.m.

Kyuhyun turned around, surprised because someone talks with him in Hangul. A tall man with short jet-black hair and deep, black eyes was standing behind him.

The man smiles. "It's nothing to be sorry about."

Kyuhyun was irritated. First of all, this man told him something weird and now he's trying to act cool. "Do I know you?"

The man leans onto the counter. "Well, that depends. I walked into this bar about 15 minutes ago. I ordered a beer. I saw you sitting here. Then you saw me seeing you. Then we exchanged glances a few times, given that we're the only two people here. And then I walked over to your table here, and I know you saw me do that. And I think that qualifies as knowing each other, doesn't it?"

Kyuhyun stares at him, dumbstruck. "This is strange."

The man deepens his smile, now dimples forming on his face. "Only temporarily. May I sit down?"

"I..." Kyuhyun wasn't able to get words out his mouth. The man smirks seeing the latter speechless. "I'll give you 3 seconds to think of a reason to say no." Kyuhyun just blinks at him, unable to say anything except "I...well..."

"Time's up." He looks at Kyuhyun with a victory smile. Kyuhyun sighs "Alright". The man asks "Alright what?" Kyuhyun shrugs "Alright, you may sit down."

"Thank you." The man sits down beside Kyuhyun's chair. "By the way, I'm Siwon."

Kyuhyun rolls his eyes. "The name's Kyuhyun. So, was that a line?"

Siwon smiles, noticing the latter was a smart person "Which one?"

"The 'I don't want to sleep with you'. Have you used this tactic before to start a conversation with someone?"

Siwon, with fake sadness "Why do they always ask this? (smirks)"

Kyuhyun raises his brow "They? So you have already used this?"

"Is it to know if it has worked ?"

"Maybe. But most probably to find out if you're a player who does this a lot?"

Siwon looks at him "And which one is your reason?"

"I want to know whether this has ever worked."

Siwon sighs. "Do you want the truth?"

Kyuhyun turns to him. "I want the answer you want to give me. Truth or lie, is irrelevant. As long as you're able to sell it to me, I might believe you."

"Alright, I'll tell you the truth. I've tried it three times."

"And how many times has it been successful?"

"hmm. Define success."

"How many of the three let you sit down to talk?"

Siwon's face became expressionless. "Two"

Kyuhyun smirks."What did the third one do? And was it a boy or a girl?"

Siwon looks at him, shocked "How do you.... Fine. It was a girl. She was waiting for her boyfriend, he was on his way."

"Oooh. Then, did she tell her boyfriend when got there?" Siwon nods. "And? Did he beat you up or something?"

"Haha. You expected that? We just laughed it off and got drunk together."
