Danica’s P.O.V.
Danica: “Justin” I said then sighed while sitting myself upright on the bed, Justin followed
Are backs were turned on each other
Justin: “yes” he mumbled
Danica: “I might be paranoid but… are you hiding something from me” I spoke with my eyes closed, making it harder for me to breathe the air he breathed
He let out a soft sigh
Justin: “Yes... and I know your playing the same game”
I opened my eyes and stood up from the bed turning with him still in his same position
Danica: “wha-what is it?”
Justin: “You tell me” he replied standing up on the other side
I really wasn’t in the mood to fight so I spoke in a worried yet calm tone
Danica: “Justin don’t play with me… I- I asked first”
Justin: “fine… well lets just say you were right about me… “
I gave him a ‘huh?’ look
Justin “… LONG ago before I met you… I did somethings I regret… I was not ALWAYS like this, or the guy in the media. I-I was a player, disrespected girls, drank, and partied and that, but before you walk out on me. Believe me when I say this… I’m not proud, what I did was wrong and I know how you feel about players and I will and would never ever hurt you. Not now or ever.”
Those words stung me… I was right, and I let my guard down for those beautiful eyes and smile of his.
Danica: “d-does Ryan, Chaz and Carmen know?”
Justin: “Yes… but like I said it was LONG ago, everything’s changed, I’ve changed”
Those words even stunged me more, like I was just punched in the gut or hit by a bus. My BESTFRIENDS never told me. But then again I couldn’t blame them; I then never had any point of interest in him
My mind started to think, think hard and long while Justin played with the band aids on his fingers… I believed him. Justin changed… even though I said I would never-ever date another player again… he was different… right?
Danica: “I believe you”
Justin’s P.O.V.
Danica: “I believe you”
Suddenly my face lit up, those words from her made me smile. She was breaking her rules, for me. ME. I hugged her and as I released her smile disappeared.
Danica: “Justin… there’s something I never told you…”
