The house was cold, and I have to be honest, while winter was my favorite time of year as a child, it was my least favorite now. Connor often got sick in the first month, he braved through the rest of it (sure to be a fighter, that kid was). Ziio usually took care of him while i still had my set up at the Green Dragon Inn. I've tried to think of another place to our Templar meetings, but to no avail have i thought of one. If it wasn't the loud arguments between a drunken Thomas Hickey and a highly irritated Charles Lee, it was definitely the cheap ale and nasty time consuming bar fights. I've tried to avoid the things, but it seems the only sane men in my order are me and Benjamin Churchill. But all of this is ineffectual to what I am focused on. The war was over. I can at least say the for the war in Boston. The task I have yet to achieve i to break the ongoing war between the Templars and the Assassins. I had truly hoped to be the wedge between this century long dispute, with my Assassin blood line and Templar beliefs. I did hope to be the one to stop this controversy. But this was years ago, I was naive and thought i could fix the entire continent. I hope that Connor does not grip up with this kind of nativity, although I won't not expect some. Right now, Connor is a mystery to me, and my seven year old son.
