After that conversation Bash had with Francis he runs off to find Mary and seek comfort with her. He found her in their cabin.

"Ah Bash I have been meaning to talk to you about something." said Mary

"As do I." responsed Bash wondering at the news she contained.

"How was Francis?"asked Mary

"We got into a heated argument and we both said things we shouldn't have." said Bash regretfully.

"I have decided to wait until I tell my news I want to wait for the right time." stated Mary know Bash would understand.

"Mary can I ask you something?"asked Bash.

"Now that you got me curious, please tell me." responsed Mary.

"Mary you are the most caring, headstrong, heartwarming person I have ever met. Mary Tutor Queen of Scots,.... Will you marry me?" asked Bash very hopeful.

"Bash I would love nothing more than to be your wife." responsed Mary.

And with that they left the ship because Lola's parents lived in the castle mary took both Francis and Lola with her as well as her fiance Bash. Because Mary was telling everyone she met or knew Francis found out and went on and on about how Lola is pregnant. This didn't stop Mary and Bash's love it strengthen it.
