Reign - Bash and mary

The Throne Room

When they got to the castle, Mary and Bash were announced to the court as well as Lola and Francis. Seeing Mary with Bash at her side Made people question her. That night a feast was held in her honor.

"So, How is my beautiful queen today?"asked Bash.

"Bash I want to go dance." spoke Mary as she pulled at Bash to follow her.

As they worked their way to the center of the room. A song Mary and Bash would dance to when they were young came on. As they danced it became more clear to the people around that this is not just a dance between two friends,It was something more. It became more clear when Francis and Lola were kissing in the corner.

"Tomorrow morning we'll address the court and tell them of our engagement."said Mary

"I still can't believe It." stated Bash

"What?"asked Mary

"That your going to be my wife." said Bash lovingly.

"Come on."said Mary urging Bash to follow.

"Remember that night before we ran from camp?"asked Mary Seductively.

"How could I forget" charmed Bash.

Bash figured out what was happening and signaled to Francis the signal they would use when about to bed somebody. The look in Francis's eyes was hurt and betrayal. Knowing his brother was about to bed the woman he loved for first time he knew of. As they were walking off side by side and Mary holding Bash's arm, Her brother came over and asked who he was.

"Please call me Bash." responsed Bash.

"Please brother we had something important to do and it may take a while so if you could excuse us. "said Mary smiling knowing he had no clue what was happening.

The next morning Bash woke up before Mary did.

"Wake up sleepy." Said Bash recalling what he had said earlier.

"Bash I wanted to tell you something, I'm........... "

Mary didn't get to finish her sentence as a guard burst through the door.

"Your Magisty there is a commotion in the Throne room that requires your immediate attention."said the guard.

" OK we'll be there in a minute."said Mary

As Mary and Bash get ready they can hear shouts. As they walk into the room Mary is in front and Bash is at her side slightly behind her. As she is higher in rank. When they walked closer Bash had his hand on his sword ready for anything.

"I demand an audience with the Queen!" yelled Francis

"And you will have it" responsed Mary calmly

After listening to Francis ramble on and on about how he loved Mary etc.

"You're still wearing my engagement ring?" asked Francis

"No, but thank you for reminding me of something. People of my court it is my greatest pleasure to announce my engagement to Sebastian." said Mary as the crowd cheered

"One more thing I have to add, Bash I was trying to tell you earlier but I was Interrupted."said Mary excited to share to news

"Mary, What is it?"asked Bash worried it was something bad.

"People of the court it is my greatest excitement to share the news of my pregnancy!"said Mary while everyone erupted into cheers

When she finished her sentence Bash took a moment for it to sink in, then sweeped Mary off her feet like always.

"Mary I'm so happy.... We're having a child." said Bash happiness exploding from his face.
