It was now morning and Emma slowly sat up being blinded by the sunlight that ha snow entered the front part of the cave. Senshi scrambled out from under her and and stretched, while loudly yawning. Emma walked to the front of the cave while still trying to get her eyes to adjust to the sunlight. As soon as she reached the front of the cave a loud gunshot went of. 'Bang'. Emma quickly dropped to the ground now fully awake and Senshi sprinted back to the back of the cave and refused to move. The gunshot that went of was obviously something of heavy artillery. After some time Emma finally got the guts to stand up and look out side the cave in the direction the gunshot came from. There was no sign of anyone, there was only a large hill that blocked her view. Emma fell backwards when rocks suddenly few in all directions near her face. It took her a minute to register what had happened, a bullet had just missed her head, scattering rocks and leaving a loud ringing noise in her ears.
Emma jumped up from the ground, a sharp pain coming from her back making a rear roll down her face. There was another gunshot, Emma quickly turned and ran to the back of the cave grabbing her back and quickly packing what she had left. She picked up senshi and began inching her way towards the front of the cave. Everything went silent. Emma felt herself shoved at the thought of being shot. She cautiously looked around and on a sudden jolt of adrenaline shot out from the cave and ran over the hill. Once over the hill she could see a valley with a river and cabin hidden just at the bottom near some trees. The cabin was surprisingly hidden very well. Emma quickly sprinted down the hill, half slipping on the grass still wet with dew. Emma quickly made her way inside the cabin, shutting the door and barracading the entryway with and old decrepit couch that was in the cabin. Emma put senshi down and quickly searched the cabin for any signs of life. The cabin was obviously once lived in but had been abandoned quite some time ago. Part of the roof was decaying and collapsing in. The was a small kitchen, medium size living space, bathroom, bedroom and a water wheel. In the kitchen was all the necessities she would need, in the bathroom there was a dusty packet of toilet paper and the usual sink, shower and toilet. The living room had the old couch that was now pressed up against the door, an old box tv and a table. The bedroom had and old bed that was still in good condition, two side tables next to the bed and a small walk in closet. The cabin also had a heater in the living room and a small portable air conditioner. "Senshi?" Emma called out. "Woof". Senshi bounded a rounded the corner like a deer slipping and fall half way around the corner, but quickly jumped up and continued running towards Emma. "What do you think senshi, should we stay here for a bit?". "Woof!". " I'll take that as a yes" Emma said with a slight smile.
