Nalu: The Potion

It was normal day in Fairy Tail Guild, Natsu and Gray were fighting, Erza was eating her strawberry cake, Cana was drinking, Nab was in front of the jobs request board, and a certain blond celestial mage was drinking strawberry milkshake on the bar, everything was just normal.

"Hey guys there's a parcel for the whole guild, "Mira said coming with a parcel.

Everyone came over to see what was in the parcel. When everyone had gone all around the white headed she devil, she opened the box. Inside was a bottle of who knows what.

"What's in the bottle, "said the pink haired fire dragonslayer.
"Don't be so impatient flame for brains, "said the ice make mage.
"Who's talking to you ice princess, "said Natsu.

And they started their brawls again. Amidst the commotion, the bottle flew out of Mira's hand, coincidentally shattering with a piercing screech right beside the blond mage.

Mauve liquid spilled all over, as if gaining eyes, the liquid soaked in Lucy's skin, disappearing from sight instantly. Pain spread throughout and for a split second, she could feel herself losing consciousness to an oblivion darkness. However, the agony wouldn't stop, blood curdling screams soon filled the guild from the unconscious mage.

Wendy rushed to the blond and tried to heal her but the ear piercing screams of the blond would not stop as she twitched on the floor in pain. All the guild member stared at the scene in sorrow as their hearts wreathed in anguish. Natsu and Gray looked away in pain and guilt. After about an hour, loud silence shook the guild from their anguished stupor, the tear stained, silent face of the blond was the only evidence of the previous happenings.

Erza took her unconscious body to the infirmary, the sky maiden followed closely behind. Wendy again tried to heal her but then she became tired herself and went to take a break.

The entire guild was completely taciturn as everyone was still in shock because of what happened just a few minutes ago. One moment everything was as lively as ever and the other moment everything went wrong.

After some rest Wendy went back to the infirmary to help Lucy. But as soon as she saw Lucy she screamed loudly in surprise. Hearing the scream everyone rushed to the infirmary.

"What's wrong Wendy, how's Lucy, "said Erza.
Wendy said nothing but just pointed at the unconscious blond.
Everyone looked at her and a lot of gasps of bafflement and surprise was heard.
There laid instead of the young mage a little child who looked to be 7 years old.

Hearing the murmurs the child woke up rubbing her eyes.

"Umm hello, who are you, where am I? "Asked the young Lucy.
"Lucy is that you, "asked Erza.
"Umm yes I'm Lucy Heartfillia, where am I, where's daddy and who are you? "Lucy asked again.
"You're in the Fairy Tail Guild, Umm guys let's talk outside for a moment OK, "said Mira and they all left the perplexed blond all alone in the infirmary.

"What the heck happened to Lucy, "asked Natsu completely baffled.
"Shut up Natsu, in a way its all your fault anyways, "said Lisanna.
"I think the potion turned her into a child or something, "said Erza.
"If that's the case then I'll do some research on this to make Lu-chan normal again, "Levy said as she started taking the pieces of the broken potion bottle and headed to the guild library.
"The master has gone to a guild masters meeting and he'll not return for two days so we'll have to also wait for him to return, "Mira said.
"But the state Lucy-san now is in, I'm pretty sure she won't be able to take care of herself so someone will have to babysit her for until master comes or Levy finds an antidote, "said Wendy.
"Seeing as Natsu and Gray caused this one of them will have to do it and to decide who'll do it Gray, Natsu play rock paper scissors, the loser has to babysit Lucy, "said Erza.
