Mark woke up right on time, even though he forgot to turn on his alarm last night. He stood, getting some clothes on, literally dressing in the dark, and bouncing down the stairs. His mother smiled at him, "What's gotten into you this morning?"

The fire red haired boy only smiled, twirling his mother as he walked past and grabbed an apple. It may seem like a clichè love story, but... it is. His mother laughed at her son's dance, dancing his way out the door and waving to the house, hoping she would see.

Jack looked over at the boy next to him, smiling. He only now noticed the colour of his eyes and the roots of his hair showing his natural colour. The green headed boy didn't realize he was starring and making Mark uncomfortable. The red head puts a hand near Jacks face, aiming. He pulls it back and slaps him. Hard.

The boy in the same blue sweatshirt as the day before blinks, eyes getting a bit watery. "Ow!! What the fuck was that for?!" He whines, cradling his cheek as a red print appears. Mark smirks, " Just making sure if you were checkin' this out or not.." Jack nods, squinting then realised what he just said. "What do you mean, 'Checking you out'?"

The red head only smiled, laughing to himself. Jack squinted, rubbing his cheek and pouting. "Hey... Jack?" Mark looked down, making the Irish boy unnerved. "...yyyyyyeah?" His hand lowered from his cheek, his heart feeling like it was trying to escape his body. He was hoping. Maybe to much. He was going to be let down...

"Why are you my friend..? Why are you being a guy like me when you could be... Popular.. You could have girls galore! Why not?!"

Jack blinks, he knew it. " I actually don't like girls.. Im interested in guys. And being like.. This. Is.... relaxing. To put it in words." The boy watches as the red one inches a bit away, moving his hand from his companions. He seemed to have closed himself from the Irish boy. "You may hate me... Because of who I am... Most people do.."

The boy with the red hair was too.. Embarrassed, to be near him now. The guy he LIKES actually is gay and he might have a chance. "No- I just... I don't hate you.. I won't ever... But... I..." How would he even phrase this? 'I love you, let's fuck'? Mark sighs, "Im sorry..." He has a back-up plan.

Jack laughs a bit, looking at the adorable man next to him, "No need. I trust that you wont hate me and.. I wont ever hate you either." He smiles, looking cute as always.

The boy named Mark smiles a bit, "Now that I know... Mind if I ask if you have a crush and who is it?" He laughs, trying to hide his blush and pure interest in this situation.

"Actually... Yeah. But... I'm not sure if he wants me to embarrass him if you knew who he was." Jack had been making hand motions and moving his hands. He didn't look embarrassed but he was. He didn't look stressed, he was. He looked like a punk bad boy but, he was close to the opposite.

Mark stared at him, having social anxiety but, that didn't stop him much. He glanced up and saw a hint of blush in the boys face as he immediately looked away when the red head caught his eye. "Am... Am I your crush..?"

Jack stared at the boy named Mark, gleaming and having a heart attack inside at the same time. The green haired boy, gulped, "Yes.. I've liked you since the first time I saw you. You're the one I want to be around. But, I hate it. It feels like I've loved you for years but its only been less than a few days."

Mark didn't even realize its been less than a week, it felt like a couple, really. Jack smiles a bit, "Do you want to go out with me...?" He blushes deeply, making him look cuter to the red one. "Do I not have any friends and sit in a corner for everyday of my school life?"

"I'll take that as an Absolutely"
