Few Weeks Later
Elsa's POV
I looked down and stayed quiet.
Mavis' dad believed the damn excuse we gave him.
Which saddens me even more, if he hadn't we wouldn't ever see Mavis again.
It's been so long now.
I've not heard that voice that used to haunt me.
I've not seen the face of the man that killed Mother and Father.
And sometimes I just wonder what would've happened if all of this would've been different.
One thing is for sure... I wouldn't want my old life back.
Even if means not having Gerda and Kai at my side.
My friends are my family now.
Tears were in the verge of coming out but I wiped them off.
"Uhm... can I sit next to you"Jack said making me look at him.
His white hair was dripping with sweat and his face showed that he was tired but his eyes said the opposite.
I opened my mouth to say something but then just nodded.
No use to talk.
Jack sat down and let a long sigh out making me stay more quiet than ever.
"I'm sorry"He said making me raise an eyebrow.
"I'm sorry but I'm confused in why you're sorry"I whispered.
Oh gosh could I be any more obvious.
He looked at me and then looked away making me press my lips tightly together.
"Well for firsts, I'm sorry about the sigh and secondly about the whole Mavis incident"He said.
"You shouldn't say sorry to me"I said.
"I do. I-I... I apologized to Mavis and Merida first. Took me a while to get to you because of Flynn and Kristoff... made me work for them"He said while ruffling his hair.
Of course they would.
I smiled and nodded.
"So you accept my apology?"Jack asked making me frown.
"You do realize what accepting your apology means... right?"I said.
"Uhm... are you going to make me take a blood vow?"He asked nervously.
"I'll accept your apology but it doesn't mean you have regained our trust"I said making him nod.
"I should've seen it coming"He whispered and sighed.
I smiled quickly and then let it dropped as my bangs waved along with the wind.
Can't wait for after school.
Tonight me,James and Auntie are going to have a game night and we're going to eat s'mores outside the house in the backyard.
Well it's going to be the first time I do anything like that.
"Has Rapunzel and Anna talked to you"Jack said and I looked up at him.
"Huh?"I said and turned slightly red.
I'm suppose to be sharper than this.
"Have you talked to Rapunzel or Anna?"He said slowly making me glare at him.
"Yes I understood... I h-"
Before another word escaped my mouth Jack pushed me as a shot rang out.
