The mission part 2

Caiden's Pov

She looks at me while I bite my lip.

"I think sage is cheating on me" I say after what feels like hours of silence. At first I see balls of rage throughout penny's eyes than a little sorrow.

"Sage is my best friend and she might seem like someone who doesn't care who she hurts but she would never cheat on you" she looks deep in my soul like she actually means it

Sage's Pov

I pull off Tanner remembering that I'm dating Caiden.

"Good job guys, it looked like you actually loved each other"

"Wow." Tanner mumbles still in a daze. I grab his wrist and pull him to the dance floor.

"Penny penny you there" I say quietly in my earpiece "have you got the disk yet....they know it's us keep your guard up"

"Almost there I'm hacking into the system as we speak....got it"

Once she says that some man rips me away from Tanner I punch him in the nose with my arm until four other guys show up Tanner knocks two out. I look over and see Sterling and Tessa fighting to I run close to them with Tanner guarding my back.

"Pen lots of people here help do something" I jump on some guys back and snap his neck.

" get ready I'm turning the power off run"

" Guys get ready lights going down"

A minute later all power turns off and Sterling ,Tessa, Tanner and I bolt out of there with a jet in the back we start to take off when I hear something hit the side I look down to see penny and Caiden holding on the side. I help them in.

Terrance Pov

I'm on with my brother in the back he's fine just a few bruises. I walk out where I see the gang sitting

"Hey how's jag" Sterling ask

"Fine just a couple of bruises" I say I can already feel some tension in the room the rest of the was back it was silent. And no one was kissing each other.

Tanners Pov

I looked at Caiden and he just turns. I don't know why it's not like I did anything to make him made.

When we got off the jet we walked into the living area.

"Can someone help me get this dress unzipped please I think it's stuck" sage says with her her hand on her back.

"Sure" I get up and walk over to Sage then I get shoved by Caiden

"I can do it I'm her boyfriend anyway"

"No really I can" I push Caiden over then he punches me in the face so I punch him right back and we start punching and hit each other.

Until my dad walks in "hey break it up" he steps in between us with his hands on our chest. "Turn around and go to your bedrooms" we both walk separate way to our rooms.

Sages Pov

I can't believe Caiden and Tanner just fought they're best friends who would die for each other.

I walk to the lab where I see Bruce working like always

"Hey Bruce why didn't you ever have kids" I ask curiously

"Nice to see you too Sage....I've never had kids because I didn't want anyone to have to go though the curse of being a hulk so I chose to not have kids but hey I've had you and Sterling and Tanner and penny even thors kids and Caid as my children without actually having them"

"Huh weird... Well I better get off to my room after that mission"

I run out of the lab into my mom

"Mom I'm sorry I wasn't paying attention"

"It's ok, are you ever going to change out of your dress"

"I would but the zippers stuck" she moved her fingers motioning me to turn around she unzips my dress quick and easy.

"There" she says and walks away "goodnight Sage"

I walk to my bedroom when I see Caid so I grab my pjs and get dress then run over to him.

"What was that fight about" at first he doesn't respond just look away I grab his face and turn it towards mine.

He looks me in the eyes "are you cheating on me with Tanner"

"What of course not I'm dating you why would you even think that"

"I saw you kiss him" he says looking back to the ground.

"We were acting like a couple I had to" 

"I kissed penny"

When he said that I backed away unable to speak. How could he kiss penny I was acting he did it to spite me. "I'm sorry it was a mistake" he say reaching out to me. I run to my room and slam my door and start crying. How could he do that to me I wouldn't do anything to hurt him.

All this started when fury gave us that dumb mission.
