-The next day-
The next morning I woke up to find James sleeping on my couch. I was up at 4 a.m. puking & then fell back asleep for a bit. Soon there was a knock on the door & I went to answer it. It was Q & he seemed a little angry & confused to find James on the couch. I sat down in my chair as James explained. "I found her walking home drunk & was very worried so i drove her home. She begged me to stay because she was scared." He said rubbing his face. "Oh" Q said. I walk over & jump into his arms. "What are we doing today?" I say laying my head on him.
-James's POV-
It was really difficult to watch her do that to Q but I mean, I don't think she really remembers last night. I watch them & bite my tongue. "Don't say anything" I tell myself. "I don't know baby girl" he says wrapping his arms around her. God I hated seeing him do this but I couldn't say anything in front of Q. She moved up & kissed his cheek. "Let's go to the mall!" She said & jumped down. "Ok princess" he smiled & kissed her. She ran to her room to change. "Thanks for taking care of her buddy." He said turning to me. I nod & sigh. "Anytime bud" I say hesitating on the word bud.
-At the mall-
I followed behind Q & Rachel for the longest time debating on pulling her to the side & telling her what happened last night. After a while Q went to the bathroom leaving Rachel & I sitting on a bench. "Rachel we need to talk." I say sighing. She looks up from her phone smiling. "Yea James?" "Do you remember anything from last night?" I say biting my lip. She slowly shakes her head no & gives me a confused look. "Well, I found you walking home last night & decided to help you home so nothing bad happened. I got you in the car & we started to head to your house & you had me pull over so you could puke, I sorta told you I liked you a lot & once we got there & I got you in bed you started crying. You asked me to stay with you because you were scared & so i slept on your couch." I say looking down at my watch. She took a deep breath & smiled at me. "James..." She said looking up to make sure Q wasn't coming. This started to worry me. So out of nowhere I kissed her. I kissed her & it felt great. She kissed me back. I pulled away & looked at her nervously. Just then, Q came back. "Ready princess?"
