"Uh okay.." I hesitated
"We know the man who killed your family." Said the officer, and I smiled
"It was Alex Gologi. Do you know this man?" He asked
"Yes, I was in a relationship with him about 6 months ago.." I bit my lip
"Okay makes sense.. What happened?" He asked
"Well it makes sense now, he was very possessive and jealous." I said sighing

After about 30 minutes of questions, the officers left. They said his intentions maybe to come and harm me and Lucas so being inside until they find him is ideal.
"I'm sorry." I frowned laying next to Lucas
"This isn't your fault stop." He said
I shook my head, if Lucas didn't come back he wouldn't be in this.

"No way.. So you know him?" Said rain
"Yeah it sucks he's a crazy bitch." I sighed watching rain play mw2 trying to hit a shot
"Well Teeqo and adapt are going on a double date with their girlfriends tonight. Lucas's friend nick is coming to stay also." He said

I had the biggest crush on him when we were little, Lucas introduced us but nick never liked me, so I got embarrassed he used to make fun of me..
"Lexie?" Rain said snapping
"Sorry, I was thinking." I laughed

I ran upstairs and asked Lucas "why didn't you say nick was coming?"
"I didn't wanna make you nervous, nick is such a nicer person now. He's so humble." Said Lucas scrolling through comments
I sighed and laid on his bed, tomorrow is the day.

I yawned and walked to the bathroom going to shower. Soon after I walked into my room and changed into some high waisted shorts and a faze crop top. I did my hair and makeup then walked downstairs.
I drank some gfuel and ate some eggs apex made, we talked about video ideas
"Yoo!! Dude it's great to see you!" Rain said loudly
I sighed putting my head in my hands, I kept talking to apex about cod trying to keep myself busy from getting nervous about nick.
"Hey, long time to see." Said nick smiling walking in the kitchen
I looked up and down at him, his face looked the same and same blonde hair I was crazy about.
"Hey.." I said smiling lightly
He walked over to me and hugged me, I bit my lip and hugged him back. Wow this felt un comfortable.
"We're going to play basketball y'all wanna come?" asked Lucas
I remembered what the cop said about being inside.. I didn't say anything I didn't want nick to know if he didn't already.. "No me and apex have to do a few videos." I said declining nicely
"Alright we'll be back!" Said Lucas grabbing a basketball walking out the door with nick

I sighed after telling apex everything about nick, he replied "I'm sure it'll be okay, nicks been over a lot he's really chill."
"I hope he's not a dick," I rolled my eyes
I looked at my phone and saw a caller ID which I didn't recognize
Apex answered it for me and handed it back to me
"Hello, this is the police officer that came to your house just the other day. We were informed Alex is in New York. We are trying our best to find him but take every precaution to stay safe." He said
"Uh.. Okay thank you." I said nervously and hung up I called Lucas straight away
"Come home, now." I said
"Why?" Answered Lucas
"A police officer called me, Alex is in NY. Come home now." I said
"I'm on my way." He hung up
My mind wandered worrying about Lucas, I got a video done and got a call from nick.
"Lucas was shot, were on our way to the hospital. Please stay home, it was about a block from the house. I'll call you asap." Said nick and quickly hung up
I was stunned. This was my fault, i locked all the doors and ran downstairs and told everyone.
"Lucas got shot about a block from here." I yelled coming down the stairs
"Seriously?" Said Nordan
I looked around at everyone that was down in the basement
" I'm sorry it's my fault, I brought this here." I sighed

teeqo walked over to me and comforted me. he hugged me while everyone was stunnned.
"Let's go upstairs, it's okay." Apex said grabbing my hand
I put my head in my hands as I sat next to apex, "I feel so shitty, I lost my family, and I might lose my best friend." I sighed
"Lucas will be okay, don't worry. I'm here for you no matter what." Apex said, "all of us are, we're all family."
"I have to go see him." I said feeling apexs warm hand touch my arm trying to comfort me
"No.. It's not safe." He tried to explain to me
"Yeah you're right.." I said, thinking about a way to go see Lucas.

I checked on apex and made sure he was asleep, I grabbed my car keys and headed quietly out the door.
"Don't worry Lucas I'm coming." I said as I started driving to the hospital
As I arrived, I got Lucas's room number and anxiously walked in the room.
"What the hell are you doing here?!" Nick said softly trying not to wake up Lucas
I ignored nick and looked at Lucas, I almost cried looking at him in a hospital bed made it so real, with him connected to all these tubes.
"Lucas I'm here. I always will be." I said softly standing next to him running my fingers through his hair "I'm so sorry." I closed my eyes
"Never be." I heard Lucas's voice say to me.
