I woke up at 7.00 sharp, I had forgotten all about what had happened last night, the tears must have took away the memories. I looked around the room and then to my side where Ginny was still asleep, I told her I would be more fun today so I would be. I grabbed my pillow and threw it off her head, she immediately jumped up.

"what was that?" she asked.

"come on sleepy head I told you bright and early so up."

"oh its just you." she went to go back to sleep.

"Ginny Weasley up come on first day back to lessons and we need our breakfast." she grunted.

"fine."

"i'll wait for you outside and you can go and get ready."

"what about you?" she asked.

i opened my trunk and grabbed a t-shirt.

"there done now you get ready."

it seemed to take Ginny a long time to get ready as it felt like I had been waiting for her for about half an hour. Ginny walked out of the dormitory door wearing jeans and a t-shirt with her robe on top and in her hand was mine.

"forgetting something?" she asked.

"oh my robe, thanks Gin now lets go get some breakfast." we walked out of the common room closing the portrait behind us.

"so I thought you were unpacking your trunk last night." at this the memories of last night had came back, how I had shouted at Draco not giving him a chance to speak and turning him back into the Malfoy I dreaded seeing.

" ermm I forgot so i'm just going to unpack tonight."

"nothing a bit of magic won't solve eh Amanda?"

"yeah I don't think I can be bothered to unpack it by hand, it will take to long."

We walked into the grand hall where mostly everyone was already sitting. We took a seat each next to Harry, Hermoine and Ron.

"so Harry you excited about the next task." I asked him.

"i'm not sure, I know its underwater but thats just a guess from the egg."

"oh well i'm sure you will do good." I said while nudging Ginny.

"oh yeah I think you'll to good to Harry." she said.

"so you excited for lessons today?" I asked.

"actually we are going to research about the second task in the library." said Harry

"anything to get away from the lesson we have with Slytherin today." Ron seemed overjoyed.

"we have our last lesson with them today."

"oh yeah." all I could think about was what Malfoy had said last night, enjoy your night because the rest of your school days are gong to be a living hell.

"yeah your lucky." Ginny said.

Lessons went by quickly that day but I was dreading last lesson today. We had potions which meant Professor Snape and with Slytherin which probably meant I would be held back at the end of the lesson because of Malfoy and how he taunts us.

"hey Amanda."Neville was beside me.

"oh hey Neville." I looked around to see that everyone else was here to. Seamus, Dean holding Ginny's hand and a few other Gryffindors who we had potions with.

"you ready for this lesson?" Seamus asked.

"you should ask me am I ready for Malfoy, no doubt he will start something this lesson."

"just don't retaliate Amanda." Ginny said.

"i can't help it he just gets under my skin by thinking he can treat us like something he scraped of his shoe."

"thats Slytherins for you." said Dean and everyone started agreeing.

"well here we are our dreaded potions lesson." Neville was saying.

"oh well time to get wrong then."

as expected Snape wasn't in the class yet but the Slytherins were including Malfoy. His words were playing in my mind the rest of your school days are going to be a living hell.

"well, well, well if it isn't the Gryffindors." his followers were already starting to jeer at him.

"how was Christmas break, have fun with grandma Longbottom?" it made me feel angry that only a few weeks ago I knew a different Malfoy then this one, the real Malfoy.

"and panda have fun with your parents? What did you get? Oh thats right nothing they don't care for you." no this was definitely the real Malfoy.

I pulled my wand from my pocket and pointed it at him.

"give me one reason why I shouldn't hex you right here." his expression turned scared but then it resumed its original expression as he pulled his wand from his pocket.

"and give my one reason why I shouldn't hex you panda? Your a pain in my neck, everyone's neck no-one wants you not even your parents." anger boiled through my whole body.

"stupefy." I heard crashing as he went flying into the cabinets in the corner of Snape's room. He quickly regained his position before I had time to cast another spell.

"reducto." I went crashing into the wall in the corner of the room knocking a few desks out of the way and making part of the wall turn to rubble. I stood up, even the pain in my back was fighting against it. As I went to cast another spell I heard someone shout 'expeliarmus' as I was disarmed, I looked over and Malfoy was disarmed too.

"why is it always yous two I find destroying my classroom?" it was Snape.

"well you know the drill, end of the class I will speak to both of you now everyone take your seats."

I waited for the class to end and the dreaded talk to come from Snape. I wondered what he would do this time ten points of both houses, fifty who knew what he would do, it was Snape he would probably punishing us worse then before.
