A Technically Double Date (Part 2)

Hey guys, so I'm back up and updating again, so here is part 2!!!

"WHAT!?" I responded, shaking angrily. She bit her lip and sighed. "Ari, you have to forgive him eventually..." She mumbled quietly. 

I groaned. "I don't want to. HE CHEATED ON ME FOR GOD SAKES!" I yelled. 

"Well, if you think about it, you kinda cheated on him too. He was up all night worried about you when we went clubbing. He waited for you to get home so he could apologize, but you never came. And when you did, he found out you stabbed him in the back... so..." 

"But...but..." At that point, I broke. All the emotions I had been holding in exploded. "He did the same thing to me!" I sobbed loudly. She pulled me into a tight hug. 

"I know honey, but think. If you let this, this will bring you guys closer than you've ever been. Think of this as a lesson of honesty and fidelity. Now. I'm gonna put on this dress, and We're then gonna find you one to make Luke realize what he lost... even though, honestly, he already has..." She stated, grabbing the dress and walking off to the bathroom without another word.

"Omg Lox your dress looks so cute on you!" I squealed. 

"I love it! And omg I love your heels! " Lox squealed back. We laughed and grabbed our purses. I put my iphone into my purse I ushered Lox to walk down the stairs first. As she walked down, Jack's hand covered his mouth.

"H-hi... you look... very... wow... you're so beautiful... uhh... hehe.." Was all he could say. She walked over to him and took his hand. "Why thank you." She responded, flashing him a big smile. With that, I started to walk down.

Each heel touching the soft, white carpeted stair, I tried to walk gracefully, but wound up sounding like an elephant anyways. When Luke saw me, he gasped. Little strands of hair fell in my face as I stepped onto the platform at the bottom of the stairs. He stared at me in awe, and brushed the small strands of hair away from my face.

"You're so beautiful..." Was all he said. I pulled him into a hug. "I'm so sorry for-" I cut him off. "No, don't apologize. I already forgave you. Plus, I did the same thing and I regret it. Just please, let tonight be a happy night." 

And with that, Meghan walked out. "Listen here boys. I have some rules. Break them, you'll be dealing with the big guy-"

"Who's the big guy?" Jack asked.

"Me. Now. Touching is off limits. If you guys dance, your hands can not go too far North or too far South. If they do, I will hurt you. And you don't want to deal with a pregnant lady beating you with a butter sock, believe me, I've learned from experience. Now, go." She ranted then pointed to the door.

As we walked to the door, she stopped us. "Hey, one last thing." She yelled, and we all groaned. "Have fun." She added. 

We then walked out the door. "But not too much fun!" She yelled out just as we closed it. We all sighed with relief then went to the car.

This should be a fun night.
