Silence and Solitude ((Okiawa X Iwaizumi))

Chapter 5*

OIKAWA'S POV*
Today is the day! Volleyball tryouts. I played a little when I was in middle school , but kinda dropped it my first two years of high school. I wanted Iwa-chan there so bad. To do it with me. I got to the school about 2 hours before tryouts because I knew Iwa-chan would have
Been at *whispers* library studying.

I walked into the library already looking for Iwa-chan. "Iwa-chan", I said before getting shushed all around. I walked up and down the aisles until a hand grabbed my jacket. "IWA-CHAN" I said excitedly latching onto him. "What are you doing here idiot", he said tapping my forehead with his fist. "I thought I'd come by and persuade you to come to try outs today again", I said grinning. He just shot me a look. "Why won't you join", I asked. "I don't wanna look stupid", he said looking up before looking back down at his study book. "I used to play but I probably suck now". "Well then we can suck together", I said. He shot me a disgusted look. "What", I asked.

I left early to get ready for try outs. It upsets me a bit that he isn't coming, but at least he can cheer me on if I make it. About 10 minutes after I got into the gym non other than Iwaizumi walked in. "Iwa-chan", I said waving. "S-S-SHORTS"! I said. Iwa-chan always wears jeans or sweatpants! I've never seen him in SHORTS!!! "Nice shorts", I said tugging at his shorts. "DUMBASS", he said turning quickly grabbing my wrist. He was blushing so hard it was cute.

Well Iwa-chan figured out I didn't suck and that I was actually pretty good. "I THOUGHT YOU SAID YOU WERE BAD", he said blushing because he wasn't that good. "Your not that bad", I said siping from my water bottle. "Well I probably didn't make it so", he said changing back into his sweatpants. "I guess we'll see tomorrow", I said grinning.

IWAIZUMI'S POV*
The little dumbass talked me into it. Maybe I did make it.

We left the gym and walked outside. "Do you want me to walk you home", I asked. "Sure Iwa-chan", he said smiling. "Brr it's cold", Oikawa said shivering. "Well stupid you should have changed into something warmer before we left", I said shoving my hands in my pockets. "So mean", Oikawa stated facing away from me. I took my coat off and put it over his shoulders. I could see his face light up. "Shut it", I said. Oikawa just smiled and hugged my arm.

We walked through our development until we got to Oikawa's home. "Your here", I told him. "Thank you for the walk home Iwa-chan", he said smiling at me. His smile was so.......cute.......I don't know why I think these things. I don't even know what we are. My first kiss and probably his too was with each other! I just knew I liked it. "Tooru", I said. "Yes Iwaizumi". I cupped his face in my hands and leaned in. I could tell he was a little startled at first , but then he fell into it. The kiss grew deeper to where we were almost out of breath. "What are we", Oikawa asked in between breaths. "Whatever you want us to be", I said before leaning in again. My tongue poked at his lips as our kiss grew even deeper.

We finally broke apart. "You know Iwa-chan before I met you I lived in a world of silence and solitude", he said looking up at me with those big brown eyes. I grabbed his shoulders and pulled him in for a hug. He pulled away smiling. "Ok I gotta go in now", he said waving goodbye. "Alright bye", I said waving.

I walked home smiling....actually smiling. Whoever would have thought I could l-love that dumbass.

OIKAWA'S POV*
I climbed the stairs to my room with the biggest smile on my face. I walked over to my bed and sat on the bed and watched Iwa-chan walk down the street. I waved to him as he looked back and he waved back. I just felt all warm and cozy inside. I grabbed my bag pulled my cigarettes out and threw them away. "My life is too full for them now", I said resting my head back on my pillow.
