First Steps

They are now 9 months

Kai 

"Kai, do you think you could watch Karina for a bit while I'll go buy more baby food?" You ask as you stepped into the room carrying her

"Sure, don't take too long," Kai said as you handed him Karina as she giggled 

"Alright thanks, love you both." You said as you pecked him on the lips and kissed your daughter on the cheek then left

"Alright it's just you and me now what do you want to do?" Kai asked as he sat Karina down on the floor as she started crawling towards his sword

"Don't you want to do something other than grab my sword?" Kai asked taking his sword away from her hands and placing it somewhere else

"Come on let's go watch TV" He said as he picked Karina up sitting her on the couch

"Now what do you want to watch kiddo" he said changing the channels which were mostly Max and Ruby (favorite show) Spongebob, Courage the Cowardly dog, amd much more

He didn't notice when Karina got off the couch and tried to made her way towards Cole's scythe (or as I like to call it the Grim Reaper death machine) . Kai turned to see that Karina was not sitting down but instead trying to wobble her way towards the weapon. Kai raised an eyebrow grabbing her

"I wonder why you like weapons more than playing with your toys?" Kai asked as she giggled when she heard the door open

"I'm home!" You said as Karina got off the couch again making her way towards you. You watched as you placed your bags down kneeling down outstretching your arms.

"Come on honey you can do it" You said as Karina wobbled falling down a few times but picking herself up step by step, she manages her way into your arms. Kai smiles as you picked her kissing her on her forehead

"You just took your first steps kiddo" Kai said as he grabbed Karina from your arms

"And it's all on tape you can thank me later" Jay said as Kai smirked, she was definitely daddy's little girl 

Cole

"Here you go honey" You said as you placed Nikki on the high chair and placing a cake slice on it. You watched as she grabbed the cake with her small hands and bringing it to her mouth making a mess

"You sure like cake a lot" you said as you wiped the frosting off her face as she still continued to eat the delicious cake that the twins Jackie and Anna made 

"Ok I think that is enough for now" you said taking her off the high chair "Now we have to go change your outfit" you said taking her to her room cleaning her up and changing her into one of the dresses Nya bought for her

"Come on Nikki lets go to where daddy is" You said taking her downstairs where everyone was and where Cole was eating cake

Nikki wiggled meaning she wanted to be placed down. You put her down where her toys were and walked over to Nya

Nikki watched as Cole ate the cake so she stood up wobbling over to him. Cole watched surprised as he opened up his arms towards her as everyone watched including you 

"Come on who is daddy's little girl" Cole said as you finally made your way to him grabbing the cake from the plate and fell down sitting down placing the cake in her mouth making yet another mess

"So you just walked all the way over here for cake" Cole said as she giggled taking another bite then standing up and walking over to cuddle with him
