Dylan's POV

As I put the box away Sam came into the room.

"What was that?" she asked

"N-nothing." I stuttered.

"You only stutter when you're lying so let me see." she demanded

I opened the drawer and showed her the box.

I got on one knee and said "Samantha I know we haven't been together for that long, but we belong together. I know that we weren't 1st mates, but that is what it feels like. I love you with all my heart. And you are my first and only true love. Will you marry me?"

Then she started crying happy tears.

"Yes!! Yes!! YES!!! I love you!! So yes!!" she said.

I put the ring on her finger. Then she jumped on me and I twirled us around.

Eva and Erin the came in the room and asked that was going on. "Eva. Dyl is gonna be your new daddy. And Erin can I be your mommy?" Samantha said.

"You already are my mommy!" he said. Sam started crying again and I had tears in my eyes. Erin has always been a closed child and over these past few months he has opened up to this pack. And especially Samantha and Eva. He protects Eva like a guard dog, and never lets her out of his sight. It is really cute to see.

"Aww. Come here!" Samantha said and they hugged. She was all happy, and so was I.

"Okay, okay. Enough with the crying Sammie. Eva and Erin, go clean up your rooms because i can smell the stench from here." I said joking about the stench. They ran to clean their rooms.

"Hey babe?"

"Yea?" I answered

"Are you gonna be Third in Command, or do you want me to still be it?" She asked

"Whatever you want we will do, baby."

"Always the charmer. Hopefully only with me?"

"Only for you babe. Only for you." I said to her. We started kissing and one thing lead to another and we made love.

--------- 4 Hours Later --------

"Come on." Sam said. "Let's go check on the kids." We got up and put on our night clothes, because it was 8:30. "Erin?" she asked out loud.

"Eva? Where is my princess?" I said. I then heard giggling and a 'ssshhh'. I used my senses to make out where it was. I signaled Samantha to follow me and we ended up in the kitchen. I made out that they were in the cabinet.

'They are in this cabinet' I told her though the mate link.

'1.2.3!!' We opened the cabinet and yelled 'BOO!" and scared them. We were laughing uncontrollably and they had pouty faces.

We eventually stopped because Eva's stomach was growling and I forgot that we never ate dinner. So we decided since today was a special day we could go out.

Sam and I went into our room while the kids went into theirs. I put on black slacks and a white shirt with a black and white striped tie. Sam put on a short light pink cocktail dress and silver shoes.

I went into Erin's Room while Sam went into Eva's. I helped him put on black slacks and a light blue dress shirt. He put on his blue and black Chuck Taylor's and we met up with Eva and Sam at the front. Eva had on a cute red dress with a black bow and black designs on the bottom. We left the house to go to a restaurant called 'Elks'(NOT REAL that I know of).

----------- 2 Hours Later---------

As we got home I unbuckled Eva and Erin as wide awake unbuckled himself. I carried her in and Erin had Sam's hand. I took off Eva's dress and put in her Hello Kitty night down and turned on her Disney Princess Nightlight. I cracked her door a bit and headed into my room. Sam was there getting undressed. I took off my clothes and was left in my boxers. I climbed into bed with Sam and we were spooning.

"Good night Samantha."

"Good night Dylan."
