A FEW DAYS LATER - FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

"I don't want to go to school..." You whined.

"________, get out of bed." Toriel ( mom) said with a chuckle.

"I save the underworld and this is what I get in return." you muttered bitterly, rolling out of bed and onto the floor. "I'll go to school on one condition... teach me magic."

"I'm not sure if humans can learn magic, but... alright. I'll try to teach you magic when you get home." Toriel( mom ) replied. "Also... make sure no one picks on Asriel... I'd ask Undyne, but..."

"Got it. See you in a few hours." you said with a nod.

You and Asriel (as well as some other monster kids) started walking to the closest school. It wasn't exactly close, but it was within walking distance. You and Asriel held hands while walking to school.* he stars blushing and you do also*

"______ and Asriel sitting in a tree, K I S S I N G!" The armless monster kid sang as they walked.

"I wish..." You said with a chuckle. Asriel just blushed, but was otherwise unresponsive.

*Asriel still blushes* o/////////////o

You leaned against Asriel and gave him a nuzzle.

"So..." Asriel said awkwardly as they walked. A silence had developed. "I like how you let your hair grow out..."

"Thanks, Azzie."You replied... * you gave him a kiss on the cheeck

"I have to agree with the prince. You look much nicer now that you have been able to take care of your personal hygiene." Papyrus said matter-of-factly.

You chuckled. "Thanks, Paps."

They walked in relative silence to the school. It was a few more minutes before arriving. All the kids went to their first classes. It seemed that You and Asriel had all the same classes.You felt that Toriel (Mom)or Asgore(Dad) had something to do with that, but said nothing about it.

"Is that _______?" some random kid said

"I thought she died..."other random kid said

"We can hear you."You said with a sigh.

"Is he your boyfriend?" A bully asked in an insulting tone.

"why, Tyler. something wrong?" You challenged, getting up in Tyler's face.

"I guess going to that mountain made you grow a spine." Tyler snorted.

"You have no idea." You replied. "I doubt you could have done the same."

"What? If a pansy like you could do it, I'm sure I could." Tyler growled.

"Not with that attitude.you said. "Now please leave. As much as I don't like you, I don't want Undyne here to cause a diplomatic incident."

You continued walking to class.

"_______, who was that?" Asriel asked after a bit of walking.

"A jerk. Don't worry about him. I'll handle it if things turn sour."You replied reassuringly. You gave Asriel a quick kiss. "If this turn really sour, I'm sure Undyne will handle it."

Asriel quietly chuckled at the thought.

"Because we know Undyne is a master of diplomacy." Asriel laughed.

"Nope. That's my job." You replied, laughing as well.

Undyne rolled her eye, but said nothing. It was pretty amusing to her.

They eventually made their way to class a few minutes before the bell would ring. Asriel, being the only monster, (aside from Undyne and Papyrus) in the class, got a lot of looks.

You and Asriel sat down at an empty desk. A moment later, the bell rang.
