Hi, I'm Kaitlynn Shaw, I'm 14 years old and my best friend is Justin Caylen Castillo's little sister, Jaylyn Castillo. First let me describe how I look before I go on into the story of my life as Jaylyn's best friend. I have dark brown eyes, same hair color as Jc and its naturally curly. I'm fun, caring, adventurous, and shy. Oh yeah I'm neighbors with Jc's family. Okay enough of me lets get into the story.
I slowly open my eyes and look around, I rub my eyes and grab my phone. 7:14am. Hey great. Well I might as well go take a shower. Before I head to the restroom I make sure to text my best friend Jaylyn Castillo. Morning loser, wanna hang out today? I set my phone down and headed to the restroom to get ready for the day. I decide to take a hot bath just because I was still sleepy. Once the bathtub was filled I got in and laid in it for about 15 minutes, then I reluctantly sat up and started to wash myself.
I grabbed my towel and wrapped myself and headed back towards my room. I went and picked up my phone to see a text from Jaylyn. Sure, I'll be over at 8:00. I smiled and proceeded to get dressed. Today I wanted to wear something simple so I got out a black tank top, a beige cardigan, and some white shorts along with some fuzzy socks because who doesn't love fuzzy socks. Knock knock. I run downstairs and open the door to be tackled by Jaylyn, I giggled "hey, I missed you too!" She pulled out from the hug and said "I wanted to ask if you wanted to go to the bounce hall?" (made up place) "wait let me go ask my parents real quick." She nodded and I darted up to my parents bed room. "Mom, Dad, I was wondering if I could go with Jaylyn to the Bounce Hall, please?" I said giving a cheeky grin (😁) they looked at each other then sighed "okay, here's $20 for food and entrance." (A/N: Keep in mind I've never been to a trampoline bounce whatever thing so don't judge.) I jumped with joy and gracefully took the money, I then kissed both my parents and ran back downstairs. "What they say?" I pretended to be sad "they said I could go" I said changing my expression to a smirk. Jaylyn had a sad face but changed to confused because of my statement which was hilarious, I laughed "well let's go!" She made a face that said 'Really? 😒' we walked out of my house and started heading to her house.
We got to her house, which was like 2 minutes away, and walked in. "Hey mom, I'm back, they said she can go." I walked in and greeted Jaylyns mom "That's great so Jaylyn won't be so lonely when we get there, Joe Felix went to invite his friend too." She smiled sweetly. Awe I swear I've always loved Jaylns mom, she's so nice, no wonder why her and my are best friends. "Hey let's go up to my room while we wait for Joe Felix." I nodded and followed behind her up the stairs "Hey Bobo!" She said popping her head into Jc's room. Wait he's here, I thought he was in California. "Hi Jaylyn. Oh hey Kaitlynn, I didn't know you were going to be joining us today." I smiled "Yeah I am." Dang is it me or did he get muscular and handsome? Snap out of it Kait, he's your best friends brother, I can't do that. I walked into Jaylyn's room and saw her looking in her closet "what are you looking for?" She looked at me "oh um I think we're gonna go swimming after the Bounce Hall." My eyes widened "why didn't you tell me that before?" I said crossing my arms. "Don't worry, you can use one of my bathing suits." I smiled "yay, which one looks good on me?" She scratched her temple and smirked.

We ended up wearing something similar and cute. I smiled "I like it a lot, we look hot." She nodded and put a shirt and shorts over her bathing suit.
