Peyton's pov
When I got in my house. I saw my dad face it was full of anger. Plus it was red.
Ross: Peyton SHOR lynch where have you been?
Peyton: I was out with mom and aunt Rydel,Raini,Vanessa,and Maia. We went to the carnival.
Ross: then who is this boy.
( ross said this while pointing at his phone with a picture of Peyton and jake)
Peyton: oh that's just jake were friends now.
Ross: oh really friends just friends?
Peyton: yes just friends dad gosh. Why do you even care?
I mean it not like you cared enough about me to not forget my birthday!! I swear I might just move in with mom!! WHY DONT YOU TRUST ME TO MAKE MY OWN DECISIONS.
Then I ran upstairs and called my mom to come pick me up.
Ross: Peyton lynch you are not going anywhere. Remember your still grounded. Plus your not old enough to make your own decisions.
Then I came downstairs because my mom was outside. So I ran without saying good bye. I got in the car and broke down crying.
Laura: Peyton sweetie are you okay.
Peyton: no I'm not. My dad just yelled at me for being friends with jake. He thinks were boyfriend and girlfriend. It's like he has no trust in me.
Laura: okay that's it.
Then my mom got out of the car and ran inside my dads house.

Laura's pov
This is it. I can't believe he has no trust in our daughter. He neglects her. He treats her like she not even there.
Laura: ROSS SHOR LYNCH I can't believe you.
Ross: WHAT what did I do this time.
Laura: I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU HAVE NO TUST IN OUR DAUGHTER. YOU NEGLECT HER. YOU RARELY GIVE HER HUGS AND KISSES. YOU TREAT HER LIKE SHE NOT EVEN THERE. YOU HAVE FORGOT HER BIRTHDAY FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS. I KNEW I SHOULD HAVE TOOK HER WHILE I STILL COULD. RIGHT NOW SHE IS IN MY CAR CRYING HER EYES OUT.
Ross: YOU DONT THINK I TRY TO REMEMBER HER BIRTHDAY. YOU DONT THINK I TRY TO TELL HER I LOVE HER EVERYDAY. IT JUST-
Laura: IT'S JUST WHAT?
Ross: WHEN EVER I LOOK AT PEYTON I SEE YOU. SINCE YOU LEFT ME I CAN'T GIVE HER HUGS OR KISSES.
Laura: oh I'm sorry.
I did this without thinking. I grabbed Ross and I hugged him and I cried.
Ross: Laura are you okay?
Laura: no I'm not when I look at Peyton I think about how much I missed out on. I love her and I loved you.
Ross: Laura I don't know what to say-
