Emma and Andi walked down the halls of Iridium High together after a stress-filled session of Calculus. Andi thanked the heavens that it was the final session of the day and that she could go home and rest her brain. With all those workouts her brain has been having, she'd bet that it would have abs by now.
As soon as they stepped out of the campus, they were greeted by none other than Jax Novoa, the boy who Francisco strictly forbed to date Emma. I repeat, strictly.
"Hey ladies," Jax smirked, happy to see his girl again. Well... technically speaking, she was not his girl... this is too complicated to understand or explain clearly.
As soon as the two had eye contact, they immediately locked gazes. These times were rare due to *the deal* so they savored every gazing moment together.
Just last week, Jax was able to sneak into Emma's bedroom and was caught by Francisco when he saw the two sleeping together. It bothered Jax so much on why Mr. Alonso went from being his #1 fanboy to taking away the love of his life.
Meanwhile, Andi gagged and cleared her throat. She already had a boyfriend and she's still hardcore third-wheeling. "I don't know if you guys don't get how breaking up works. You're broken up? You're technically exes now? Please remember that your fathers will punish the shit out of you two if you disobey them so good luck."
Breaking eye contact with Jax, Emma looked at her best friend in confusion. "What do you mean? We broke up like a week ago."
Andi simply rolled her eyes and left, reminding Emma about their sleepover at Mia's tonight. The witch nods her head, watching the lone human walk away.
"So... how about we go home so you can teach me all those topics I didn't understand from History class? Sounds good?" Emma nodded without missing a beat. She hopped onto Jax's motorbike and the two drifted to the Novoa household.
From afar stood Mia Black and her newbie cousin Scott Nicholas. Scott is a kanay who discovered his abilities only recently and enlists on the help of Mia to train him to become a stronger kanay.
With those irresistable eyes, slick brown hair, that sharp jawline, and that athletic body of his, Mia placed a bet that he would probably be famous for his looks and infamous for his attitude.
Sounds familiar, doesn't it?
Pointing at Emma, Scott asks, "That's the Chosen One? The innocent little girl that looks as if she can barely strike a punch?"
"Yeah, she's my friend... and she's the daughter of the principal so if you want to befriend her, ya better not get your ass into trouble with her father."
"And the other guy? He's your friend too?" He motions to the boy in a black leather jacket driving a motorbike. "Dang, he's got a sick motorbike. Please tell me he's your friend so I can borrow it from him." He turns his head back to Mia and the two share a smile.
"You have a silver Toyota Camry. What more do you want?"
"It's a pretty small car and it's different from a motorbike, Mia. There's a clear visible difference between the two. Either way, he looks like someone I can befriend."

Scott Nicholas Jr, often called as Scott. He came to Iridium High after recently earning his kanay abilities to train them with a someone who has nearly perfected them -- Mia Black, his cousin. He's athletic, charming, and may be boyfriend-material.
