We kept playing our video games until our mother got home.
"Della, what are you doing home so early?" She asked
"Oh." I said
I look over to my brother, who motioned his head to 'say it'.
"Mom, I got suspended." I said
"You what!?" She screamed
"I got suspended." I said
"For how long?" She asked
"Three months." I said
She stared at me.
Please stop staring at me.
"Della, just why?" She asked
"I'll tell you after." I said
Great.
I just ruined my mothers day.
