Della
Mom was about to scream.
I grabbed my phone and ran upstairs to my bedroom.
She eventually did scream.
So loud, both my brother and I had to cover our ears.
I grabbed my phone and quickly dialled Amy's number.
"Am? Can you come over to my place?"
"Sure! On my way!"
"Come through my bedroom window. Mom is screaming downstairs."
"You told her?"
"Yep. And as you can tell, the reaction is not really good."
"Alright. I'll be there in 15 minutes."
"See ya."
______
15 minutes later
___________
"Della! I'm here!" Amy shouted
I opened my window to see the girl standing below it.
"Are you gonna climb or do I have to go and get you? I said, throwing my hoodie over my head.
Amy jumped on the tree and climbed it.
I moved out of way so she could jump into my bedroom.
She jumped in, surprisingly landing on the ground correctly.
"How?" I said, taking my hoodie off.
"I took gymnastics, remember?" She said
"Yes..." I said
"Anyways, I need to talk to you about something." I said
Her face turned into a concerned face.
She sat on my bed and waited for me to spill the beans.
"Amy, just between you and me. You're the only person that's knows." I said
She nodded her head.
"Amy, I'm a vampire." I said
Amy stares me and started laughing.
"Della! Oh my god! Stop joking! Really tell me what's go-AHH!" I opened my mouth to show her my fangs.
I covered her mouth quickly.
"Shut up! Mom and Tommy are here! And Tommy's room is right next to mine." I whispered yelled.
She nodded and I uncovered her mouth.
"How? How are you a vampire? Vampires aren't even real!" Amy said
"Remember when that bat bit me? And when the sun burnt me?" I said
"Oh..." She said
"Let's go. I'm taking you to the mall to get your hopes up." Amy said and dragged me to my window.
Ugh. I hate malls...
