Harry's POV
Mrs.Lin took me an apartment building on the main street. It was a decent place to live, but the elevator wasn't working and apparently her apartment was on the 6th floor. Do you know how hard it is to climb those stairs? I am not used to climbing stairs. Mrs.Lin had no difficulty.......... At least she waited for at every floor to catch my breath.
"Hey Miss......How long before we reach her apartment?" I asked her on the fourth floor. "Just two more floors to go, dearie .....Are you really tired?" She questioned, stopping on a step as I took support against the railing. "Nah....Just asking." I said sarcastically. "Then hurry up....I don't have all day." She didn't get the humor and continued. I sighed, taking another step behind her.
Atlast we arrived at her apartment floor. She asked me to wait infront of the apartment next to her. It belonged to Sarah, I think.
I hope.
She went into her apartment and locked the door behind me. I felt insecure here. Not that it didn't seem like a safe place to live, but because, I left alone. I felt exposed in these surroundings. I tired pacing here and there. I tried to knock on Mrs.Lin door, but forced myself not to. I didn't want to cause any trouble for Sarah since she was her boss.
I sighed, feeling a slight chill running down my spine. I could feel myself getting nervous now.....I looked towards the Exit door from where I came. Just then, someone walked in. Someone when crazy curly hair. It was Sarah. My eyes widened on her sight and I tried straightening up to meet her. She walked towards me with a smile. I extended my hands wondering if she would shake it. She was just a couple steps away from me and instead of shaking my hand, she hurried towards her apartment door. Digged her hands in her coat pocket and took out her keys. She quickly opened her door and went in.
"Wait for me.." She told me smiling before closing the door on my face. I looked down at my extended hand and awkwardly pulled it back, smiling like an total idiot.
She was a strange one.
After a few moments, she opened the door for me.
"I am sorry....My apartment was a little dirty. Had to clean it up.." She giggled, guiding me in her apartment. "I am sorry you had to come all the way here. I usually go for a walk after work." Sarah mumbled behind me.
Her apartment was small but it was airy and comfortable. A small kitchenette with a good view balcony. I liked it. It was my type of apartment. It was also nicely arranged. I smiled seeing different pictures roughly arranged on a large wall. I believe it was her work. She definitely liked to photograph.
"Mhhmm....Harry?" She spoke up. I looked back at her. Oh shit.
I was quite the whole time, wasn't I?
Idiot.
"I am sorry. I was just admiring your apartment. I totally forgot you were here." That came out wrong. "I mean, I am s___" She cut me off with a laugh. "You always do that, don't you? Remember the first time we met, I thought you were, ya'know." She joked as I scratched my head awkwardly.
"Yeah maybe..."
"I think I should introduce myself again..." I said, smirking. She nodded in agreement. " Well then, I am not Harold. I am Harry Styles from a band called One Direction and apparently you have my keys." I asked her frowning. "Yes I do.....But__" I cut her off this time. "But what?" I inquired. "But first I would like to treat you something. Do you have time?" I froze. I didn't utter a word. Why would she want to treat me? "Why?" I blurred out.
"Well you see.....You made me famous and also because I couldn't talk to you last time. But if you don't want to__" I cut her off again. "Nah, I am ok with it. I can stick around for a while." I agreed. "So sit down. I will fix something up for you." She told me making her way towards the kitchen right next to where I was sitting.
