Just another Eponine

Ze mall

We cruise for a while until we reach the mall. I stare off into space until i realize that Ethan opened the door and was trying to get me to get out of his car.

I lightly blush and step out.

He puts his arm around my shoulders as we walk to the doors. which sends electricity through my body.

I wrap my arm around his torso and somewhat-snuggle into him. enjoying every millisecond of it.

Me and Alice excuse ourselves to go shop at Forever 21.

As we leave the boys and start walking that direction, Alice pipes up,

"I think he likes you." she says as she swishes her long curled red hair.

I shake my head.

"No. he doesn't. i know why he took us here."

Alice gives me this look, like she's going to quote Finding Nemo. 'DENIAL.'

"well, it sounds like someones got a bad case of DENIAL."

Close enough, but I knew it.

I roll my eyes and continue.

"He's gonna tell us big news, or he's going to ask us something big." i say, then add, "or both."

"Like what?" she asks, fixing her large sweater.

Alice has always had a fashion sense that mesmerizes me.

"I don't know yet. But i'll know before we leave." I answered.

ETHAN POV

We walk towards a more manly store. Game Stop.

"Great! they're gone." Tomas sighs in relief. "I mean, don't get me wrong, im in love with Alice, but why are we here??"

I take a breath, then start, "im going ask Jennifer for her-"

"Excuse me sirs', can i help you with anything?" a beautiful blonde haired girl interrupts me.

"Uhh, no, i think we're good, just looking." i quickly answer to get back to my important topic.

She smiles. "Okaay, just let me know if you need anything, alright?" she says as she winks at us.

"Okay." Tomas says and winks back.

Did he not just say, less than a minute ago that he was 'in love' with Alice??

He's gonna be a handful.

"Ahem," i continue, "i'm going to ask Jennifer for her blessing."

"Way to go man!" He puches my arm, "i knew you two would pair up someday, but i saw you guys do your little cuddle thing today

and-"

"No, im asking her to approve of Chelsea." i interrupt him.

The huge smile fades, then forms into an expression (that one meme) that looks like Mr. Scrooge.

TOMAS POV

"God! what is your problem?!" I yell, throwing my arms in the air. "You have a perfect girl for you right under your nose and you just ignore her!"

Jennifer told me she liked him, she tells me a lot, we're practically siblings, but we just don't hang out that much.

"What do you mean?" He asks.

so clueless.

"I mean, if you look a little closer you'll see who you really belong with!" I continue to yell. not caring about the stares.
