My life has been a blast ever since I moved back to Lousiana, besides that situation with Odell. Kavahra and I were really close, I was passing my classes, and I had a job at JCPenney thanks to Giana. I would visit Delaine every Sunday with some new clothes or toys for her. I think Giana had became attached to her cause every time we go over there, she plays with her and records videos with her. But I wasn't mad, at all. She's the godmother so I expect her to be like that.

Currently, Giana and I was finishing up our homework until I received a call from Kavahra.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Hey ma, what you doing right now?" He asked. I could hear lots of laughter and yelling in the background.

I wrote down the final answer to the last question of my homework and closed the textbook. "Just got finished with homework. Where are you? It sounds really loud."

"Hold up, hold up." He told me. I heard the laughter and screaming get fainter and fainter then I didn't hear anything at all. "Alright, I'm sorry about that Von, I'm at the Laser Tag of Baton Rouge with my boys and I wanted to know if you wanted to come?" He invited. I chewed on my bottom lip, thinking whether if I should go or not.

My eyes over at GiGi to see her closing her textbook and putting her homework away. "Sure that'll be cool. Can I bring my friend?" Giana looked at me with her eyebrows knitted.

"Of course ma." I looked down at my bed, trying to hide my wide kool-aid smile.

"Alright, I'll see you in a few." I said before hanging up my phone. I turned my head to GiGi and cheesed.

"Get dressed girl, we're going laser tagging."

Twenty minutes later I pulled into Laser Tag of Baton Rouge. When I tell you, the parking lot was packed, it was packed. It took up another five minutes just to find a parking space.

"You ready?" GiGi looked over at me. I'm not going to lie, I was a bit nervous to meet his friends, but I wasn't going to show no weakness.

I inhaled slowly then exhaled quickly, "Yeah, let's go." We both got out my car and walked to the entrance.

When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by Kavahra.

"Hey Von." He pulled me into a long embrace, wrapping his arms around me. I shyly giggled and wrapped my arms around him.

"Hey Kav." I pulled away and stepped aside, revealing Giana who was standing behind me. "Giana, this is the guy I'm talking to, Kavahra. Kav, this is my best friend Giana." I introduce them to each other.

"Oh, I seen you around campus. Nice to meet you Giana." They both exchanged a friendly handshake.

"Nice to meet you too Kavahra." Giana flashed a smile and released hands with him.

"Well, I'm going to go pay for you two to play so I'll be back." Kavahra jogged over to the front.

"Isn't he sweet?" I gushed, looking at him. Giana just nodded her head in response.
