Darrin and I made a quick stop at the mall while in the middle of driving from state to state, until we get on a plane to Hawaii, then get to our destination, Australia.
He was currently looking for some jewelry to get.
"Ooh babe look at this." He said, while pointing to a shiny silver ring.
"You should get gold instead. It'll look better on you."
"You think so?"
I got the cashier's attention and told Darrin to get anything he wants, then I walked out to make a quick phone call.

"Darrin hasn't been in school for 2 days, plus I haven't heard from him, where the hell is he?" I asked Sam.
He shrugged. "I haven't heard from him either"
I sat and thought about it for a few seconds....
"I haven't seen Clinton either...." I said as I put two and two together.
Sam's expression changed once he realized what I was getting at.
I pulled out my phone and called Darrin.

"Hello?" I said, as I answered the phone.
"Darrin! Where are you!?" Summer asked
I sighed. I really didn't know what to say, if I'm being honest. How am I supposed to tell my best friends that I randomly just up and left.
"Helloooo? Darrin?" I heard Sam say.
I must be on speaker.
"Yeah, uh.... I really don't know how to tell you guys this but-"
"You're with Clinton?" Sam asked, cutting me off.
"Yes but-"
"Oh then you should back in no time! I'm guessing y'all just went away for a few days to have some alone time. Am I right?" Summer said, cutting me off.
