My friend oh friend.
What a lovely mask you have on.
It has beautiful colours that match so well.
The trace of a frown is gone.
A smile with a thousand pearly whites to sell.
To all those you feast on your sight.
Of that lovely mask you wear.
But my friend oh friend
Why does your mask take on a rather frightening light
That you and the other friends share?
What lies beneath your friendly costume?
The same smile?
Or my impending doom?
Then your hand reaches your mask and it falls on the tile.
My friend oh my friend
Why the hideous grin?
Your face is covered with deception and lie.
My luck is all out of win.
For a you pull out a knife and then made sure I die.
A stab in the back as I bend?
My friend oh friend
So our friendship was faux afterall.
