Movies(Tristans p.o.v)

I get up from the bathroom and text Jaden,

me: hey sorry, I was in the shower and my phone was charging

Jaden: its fine, I just checking in, see you at 1

me: see you then.

I put down my phone and took a shower because its only 12. Once I got out of the shower I brushed and blow dried my hair. Then I decided to put my hair in two French braids, after I was done I put some makeup on. I put a cardigan over what I am wearing so you don't see my scars. I heard a knock on the door, it was Jaden. "Hey, let me just put on my shoes." I said walking over to where my shoes are. "You look amazing." he said fixing his hair. "Thanks, you don't look bad yourself." I said walking back to wear he was. We head off the movies, on our way there I checked Instagram again to see if they posted anything else, they did but I just turned off my phone. We got there and Jaden got the tickets, he got some popcorn and I got sour patch watermelon. We went to go get our seats, as soon as we got there I heard a voice that I can hear from a mile away, Reegan, shes the girl who bullies me and Maddy at school. I just hoped she doesn't see me, the movie started and of course it was Annabelle 2. The first 10 minutes weren't bad, but as soon a scary part happens it scares me so bad I almost peed my pants. I sat back in my seat and Jaden out his arm around me. When the movie was over we decided to go to target to get food, on our way there they posted a picture of my scars, the new ones. The post said "This whore is still cutting and she hasn't killed herself? What's wrong with the world?" after I saw that I didn't know what to do. "Tristan?" he asked me with a confused look. "Yeah" I said trying not to cry. "You okay?" he asked, "Yeah I'm fine, I just miss my dad." I said trying cover up what is actually happening. "Oh I'm sorry" he said getting out of the car. "I'm going to the bathroom, I'll be right back" I say walking into the bathroom. I look at my phone and I got a text from my mom.
Mom: Honey I have some news, your dad is in the hospital.

Me: What? Why?

Mom: He has lung cancer. I'm sorry.
I just broke. I called Maddy.
Maddy: Hello?

Me: Maddy?

Maddy: Whats wrong?

Me: My dad is in the hospital, I need you here.

Maddy: Where are you?

Me: I'm at target.

Maddy: k I'm on my way.
