Love At First Sight

Chapter 1

Nico's pow
It was the middle of the war with Gaea, we have been fighting the monsters for at least an hour and we haven't made any progress. I was exhausted and on the verge of losing all of my strength. I was currently fighting 2 monsters and my moves were slow, they were coming closer and closer. While my attention was focused on them, I didn't realize another one sneaked behind me and sank its teeth and claws into my back. Sharp pain passed through me and i collapsed on the ground and everything went black. Then it was like i was stuck in the same scenario which was repeating itself, hoping it was just a nightmare
*it was the war and all my friends and campers died. I was alone on the battlefield, alone in the destroyed camp half-blood. I was forced to join Gaea's' forces and attack Olympus. I was fighting her and trying to escape her control but nothing worked. Gaea defeated all the gods in a quick battle. My dad, Hades was the last one standing and I was the one fighting him, with tears in my eyes. He looked at me with betrayal one last time before I was forced to kill him to*
After the 5th time I relived the dream I suddenly woke up in a white room surrounded by all my friends faces which were filled with relief. There was one other camper, an Apollo kid, which I never saw, by side too, probably my doctor. I tried to get up but the pain in my back made me collapse one more time luckily this time I was reliving a better dream.

Will's pow
It was the middle of the war and my attention was on the monster in front of me. I was firing arrow at it but it was avoiding them easily. I was exhausted but when i heard a loud scream followed by a thud it woke up my senses. I concentrated and fired the arrow hitting the monster between its' eyes and ran in the direction of the scream. On the ground was lying Nico surrounded by 3 monsters. I shot 3 arrows killing them in an instant and ran to his side. He was lying on his stomach passed out. His back had claw and bite wounds which were deep but he was alive, barely but alive. I called a nearby camper and he helped me transfer him to the infirmary and i began heling him and patching him up immediately. The infirmary was in full swing, there were a lot of wounded campers but there was probably more out there but no one could reach them just jet. My attention was only on Nico. I liked him from the moment i first saw him in the war with Kronos. I needed him to be alive so i did all in my power to help him and i prayed to my dad to save him. While I was healing him i felt some dark pain and sadness in him. I know i can sometimes feel only bits and pieces of people's deepest insecurities but this was the most powerful feeling I ever felt and I couldn't even imagine how much more of this is he actually hiding and keeping in him.
I was so thrilled that after 2 weeks he woke up, even if it was just for a second and he collapsed into the darkness again, it was progress, it meant he was healing and would soon be awake full time.
