Chapter 3 Imprint:
Embry P.O.V:
I just met Athena officially about 10 minutes ago. I just can’t shake the feeling that she’s special somehow. I know she’s Sam’s sister and he would probably kill me if he knew I was thinking this but the thing is she’s just so amazingly different. What I’ve gathered about her so far is she actually is a witch. She can do magic and everything it’s so cool. I look up to her and notice her sunglasses are off and then I get this feeling when I look into her soft beautiful hazel green-blue eyes. Her eyes are so perfect. Then I feel like I’m seeing my future with her flash before my eyes.
I’m sitting with Athena, then I all of a sudden pull out a ring from behind my back. She throws her arms around me. Then she is walking down the aisle towards me. Then I’m holding her close to me…..it goes on for awhile longer. It’s like she’s the one for me and I’m the one for her. It’s like gravity isn’t holding me down to Earth anymore but she is.
I come out of the trance I’m in and I can’t help myself I go right next to Athena. By now the whole pack and Emily are staring at us. I think they notice her sunglasses off because suddenly Sam tells the pack to go outside and phase. As soon as I’m in my wolf I start thinking of Athena. Oh my goodness I imprinted on Sam’s little sister.
Jake says to me, “Oh Sam is going to be so mad your lucky he hasn’t phased yet.”
“Gee for a minute there I thought you were going to be a friend and tell me there’s nothing to worry about.” ,I thought bitterly to Jake.
“So now everyone in this pack except for Seth and Leah have imprinted?” ,Paul asks.
Then Sam comes out and he actually if possible looks like a combination of happy and mad. Then he transforms.
“I’m actually kind of glad you’re the one that Imprinted on her. Imagine if it was Seth oh if it was we would be in a lot of trouble. No offense Seth. At least it was someone who doesn’t get mad over the slightest of things or run away because of something that’s out of control. No offense Paul and Jacob. I’m a little mad that you imprinted on my baby sister but for the most part I’m happy for you both.” ,Sam declares
“Emily talk to you Sam?” Leah questions.
“That obvious?” ,Sam asks.
“Well only a lot but I guess we all guessed. Plus, we can see your thoughts remember?” Leah states.
“Can we all change back now. So who wants to explain all this to Athena?” ,I ask.
“Well you’re her imprint so well have a good time explaining it. Don’t worry though we’ll be there for moral support.” ,Seth said.
Me and the pack then change back. And now I must explain to Athena what a imprint is.
