Takes place after Iron Man 3

"No we wanted the pool in the sun room where the light will be." Pepper told the construction worker for what must've been the 5th time that day. "And you wanted a bar and grill area there as well?" The man asked." Yes." Pepper confirmed. Ever since the Mandarin aka Aldrich Kilean blew up their home Her and Tony have been staying at Rhodey's house until their new home was built. Oh how nice it will be for Toby and I to have more privacy. Pepper thought especially considering the multiple times Rhodey has walked into their guest room without knocking and often interrupting things he shouldn't have. Thank God the house was almost done the only thing left was the pool and bar. Everything else was painted furnished and decorated. Just one more week. Well 3 days if Tony pays them enough. Then Tony and her can. "Christen" the house which probably meant doing unmentionable things in each room. Pepper was so lost in thought she neither saw nor heard Tony come in until he kissed her on the cheek. "Hey Pep guess what since I've give these men a little incentive they say they can get everything done by tomorrow." Tony said."Oh thank God." Pepper said breathing a sigh of relief. Tony just smirked Pepper noted that he was probably thinking about tomorrow night. Well he is a guy after all she thought to herself."Sounds like someone's excited." He observed arching an eyebrow." I just want to be able to have our privacy back, wouldn't you?" Pepper replied in a breathy playful voice giving him a wink. Tony's eyes widened at her implications. "Down boy." She chuckled. Pepper glanced at the clock it was 11:00 pm."Tony lets go I need to sleep and you do too if we are going to have enough energy for tomorrow night." Pepper said as she headed toward the door."Yes Ma'am." Tony said following her to the car.

The Next Day

"Oh wow look at our pool isn't it gorgeous!" Pepper exclaimed.
"It's very impressive." Tony said. Imagining Pepper in a very skimpy bikini in the pool. "So I say we celebrate with a swim." He proposed. "Ok let me change first." Pepper said going to get dressed while he did the same. When Pepper came out she was dressed in a metallic red and gold bikini. Tony smiled at the colors. Then looked at his own red swimming trunks. "Are you ready?Tony asked "I don't know it looks cold." She replied. Tony jumped in and thought boy it is cold but I can't tell her that or she will never get in. "Is it cold?" Pepper asked. "No it's great." He lied."Ok here I come." She said jumping in. She came up sputtering and angry. "Tony Stark you lied to me you jerk." "Oh come on Pep I'm sorry come here I know how to make you warm." Tony flirted. Still mad she came over and let him kiss her for a few minutes until she pushed his head underwater surprising him. "You are a very cruel woman sometimes Pepper."Tony pouted. She just smiled. And got out of the pool and declared she was done and going to bed. Tony followed but Pepper told him to wait outside for a moment while she changed. A few minutes later when she opened the door Tony took a deep breath and looked at her intently. Pepper was wearing a black satin bra with black lace and a bow on one strap
With matching underwear with a sheer slip over it. "Pepper." Tony said her name breathlessly. "Yes?" She asked sweetly. Instead of answering her he put his hands on the door way and kissed her fiercely and with desire.
"You.Look.Amazing." Tony said in between kisses.The next thing Pepper knew she was backed against the wall with Tony holding her close. Then she said "Let's go to the bed to continue with this." Tony nodded it was a new bed. Pepper was on the bed with Tony straddling her he pulled off her slip when JARVIS interrupted "Sir Lt Col Rhodes is at the door." "Tell him Pepper and I are very busy and if he insists tell him why." Tony ordered. He then turned his attention back to Pepper and saw her eyes filled with desire. Then he pulled the buttons on her bra apart and it slid to the floor before he could touch her underwear she had her hands on his swim trunks and pulled them off. Then he took off her underwear.He kissed her and nipped her neck collarbone and chest before kissing her mouth again. Finally He made love with her until she was exhausted and they collapsed in each other's arms. " I am so glad we have our own house now." Pepper mumbled her head on Tony's chest right next to the arc reactor. "I know can you imagine what would have happened if we were still staying at Rhodey's house." Tony said chuckling. "Uh yeah he probably wouldn't talk to us ever again." She replied. "Goodnight Pep I love you." He murmured. "Love you too." After 10 minutes they were both asleep.
