Oh god, here it goes again. That sick feeling of being completely surrounded. It's everywhere, it's choking and snuffing out my breath and my thoguhts and my senses. Everything is cold. It closes in, it envelopes, it smothers. It's like water.
I'm gasping but it doesn't help, it just forces more into my lungs and they start to fill up. It's in my eyes and ears and nose.

am
drowning
Panic sets in, takes over. Terror begins, I'm thrashing around but only sinking more.
Help meHelp me
Help me.
Nevermind, no one can hear me anymore.
