He pondered on the fact of Josh. Honestly, thinking of Josh was absolutely nothing new to Tyler. But this time was different. He thought of how the sun reflected in his eyes perfectly and how his hair was fixed in that beautiful, disheveled way.
Josh was absolutely, incredibly, indefinitely astounding. Every movement he made entranced and ensnared Tyler, hopelessly entangling him in a web of adoration.
Josh was Tyler's whole world.
The only problem was, the words he wanted to tell him never failed to stay lodged in his throat. He would begin to tell Josh, when they were alone and secluded in their private bubble of comfortable silence, but as soon as the words formed a sentence, they burned Tyler's tongue like too-hot tea.
And so he stayed silent, hoping and praying and pleading that one day, he would have the courage to tell, no, sing to Josh his exact emotions.
But until then, he will continue to ponder on the idea of Josh and dream of the day when he could say
"I love you. "
