chapter 24

Skye's point of view:

after the very long meeting in May's office i felt drained i was sad that i couldn't give my team more information that they needed to know to stop hive but he didn't share information freely if i was still at hive's side then maybe i would have more information that my family needed to stop him but i wasn't i was home and as much as i was happy to be back i kind of felt like a alien fellow agents looked at me weird like it was my fault even though the more logical part of me knew it wasn't a part of me felt like it was.

times like this i missed my kids so much but we tried to keep the children away from shield the best we could even though they play and hang out at the playground we kept everything else away from them if i had my way none of the kids would have anything to do with shield but it was a big part of all our lives not to mention where inhuman and we had no idea if the kids would devolve powers later on.

i was cut out of my thoughts when i saw my baby brother head straight towards me hey Leo i said softly 

Skye said Leo pulling me in for a heart stopping hug i felt Leo's shoulder's shake slightly it was there i knew how frighten my baby brother had been at the thought of me under hive's control it was a stuip move on my part to take off the ring that gave me protection but hive knew which buttons to press.

i'm okay baby brother i whispered in Irish hugging Leo tightly sometimes it was hard to see Leo as the youngest of the family we where only 2 years a part so people didn't often think of Leo as the baby of the family they just saw another one of coulson's kids don't you ever do that again said Leo pulling away from the hug i can't make no promises with our job Leo i said softly whipping his tears away i know i know just please be careful said Leo i mange to give him a weak smile i promise i whispered hugging him one last time before letting out a sigh before pulling back now what do you say we take down hive once and for all i said sounds like a plan quake said Leo using my code name making me smile. 

the two of us headed to the mission room to see if anyone had a plan to stop hive once and for all because we where going to take hive down haven't you ever heard pay back a bitch.
